学前教育专业校本课程中融入职业情感养成训练的思考与实践

【摘要】:当前,幼儿园教师责任、压力越来越重,但职业情感却日益缺失的矛盾突显,这一方面是因为幼儿教师队伍流动性大,相当一部分从业人员对职业发展缺少长期规划,对从教的艰辛和工作价值没有足够的认识;另一方面是因为幼儿教师在重重压力下职业情感出现异化,对职业倦怠感缺乏有效的调适途径和方法。这在很大程度上影响了幼儿园的教育教学工作和幼儿教师的个人成长。因此,在幼儿教师选择学前教育专业之初对其加强职业情感的训练和培养就具有了非常重要的现实意义。作为未来的教育者,学前教育专业学生在注重专业学习、技能训练的同时,更要注重职业情感的养成。只有这样,今后才能以极大的热情投入到教育教学工作中去。
[Abstract]:At present, the responsibility of kindergarten teachers is becoming more and more intense, but the contradiction of professional emotion is increasingly lacking. On the one hand, this is due to the high mobility of kindergarten teachers and the lack of long-term planning for career development among a considerable number of employees. Not enough understanding of the hardships of teaching and the value of work; on the other hand, due to the professional emotional alienation of preschool teachers under heavy pressure, Lack of effective ways and methods to adjust job burnout, which greatly affects the kindergarten education and teaching work and the personal growth of kindergarten teachers. It is of great practical significance for preschool teachers to strengthen their vocational emotional training at the beginning of their choice of preschool education. As future educators, pre-school students pay attention to professional learning and skills training at the same time. We should pay more attention to the formation of professional emotion. Only in this way, can we devote ourselves to the teaching work with great enthusiasm in the future.
