浅谈幼儿分享行为的培养

【摘要】:正"分享"是指幼儿将自己喜爱的物品、美好的情感体验及劳动成果与他人共享的过程,它是儿童社会化的一项重要指标,也是人际交往中十分重要的策略和技巧。从小培养幼儿的分享观念,有利于幼儿健全人格和良好的人际关系的形成。现在的孩子,多数是独生子女,孩子在家娇生惯养,处处以自我为中心。这些行为如果听之任之,而不加以引导,对幼儿的成长将会产生负面的影响。为了循序渐进地从幼儿的身心发展实际出发,培养幼儿的分享行为,我在教学实践中针对此问题,开展了一些列的分享活动,让幼儿萌发分享
[Abstract]:Positive "sharing" refers to the process of children sharing their favorite objects, beautiful emotional experiences and labor achievements with others. It is an important indicator of children's socialization and a very important strategy and skill in interpersonal communication. Cultivating children's sharing concept from an early age is conducive to the formation of healthy personality and good interpersonal relationship. Today's children, mostly only children, children at home pampered, everywhere self-centered. These behaviors, if left unguided, will have a negative impact on the child's growth. In order to develop children's sharing behavior step by step from the reality of children's physical and mental development, I have carried out a series of sharing activities in teaching practice, so that children can share and share.
