我国幼儿园教师权益保障法规研究

【摘要】:随着近年我国对学前教育事业的重视,学前教育的发展取得了重大的成绩。学前教育立法方面也在紧跟时代步伐,往前发展。教师作为学前教育事业中的重要一环,其相关权益保障的法规体系的建立,关系到幼儿教师的切身利益。本研究着眼于幼儿园中幼儿教师权益保障的相关法规文件,从而发现其中发展的特点以及不足之处,为我国学前教育法制化发展提供一定的借鉴之处。 本研究主要分为以下几个部分: 第一部分,绪论部分。这部分阐述了本研究的意义、研究文献综述以及本研究所采用的研究方法。 第二部分,我国幼儿教师权益保障相关法规的演变。在本部分之中,本研究以时间为线索,分别阐述了建国之前、建国至2010年、2010年至今这三个时期我国相关法规的发展历程,并概括了其发展的特点。 第三部分,我国幼儿教师权益保障法规的内容体系分析。通过整理相关法规,得出幼儿教师的合法权益包括合法权利以及合法利益,并做出相关解释与阐述。 第四部分,我国幼儿教师权益保障相关法规的实效性分析。本部分着眼于相关法规在实际效用中所发挥出的作用,并且总结概括出其进步之处与不足。 第五部分,造成我国幼儿教师合法权益相关法规不完善的原因。时代在进步,相关法规在发展过程之中,体现出了它的不足之处,通过文本与现实分析,得出其不完善的原因。 第六部分,现行幼儿教师权益保障相关法规应该改进之处。本部分针对其不足之处,提出一定的改进意见,从而完善相关法规的发展。 第七部分,幼儿教师权益保障相关法规的未来展望。幼儿教师权益保障相关法规的成熟是社会发展的必然性的结果。在该部分通过展望其未来发展,从而为我们幼儿教师权益相关法规的发展提供一定发展方向。
[Abstract]:With the importance of preschool education in recent years, the development of preschool education has made great achievements. Pre-school education legislation is also keeping pace with the times, moving forward. Teachers as an important part of preschool education, the establishment of relevant rights and interests protection of the legal system, related to the immediate interests of preschool teachers. This study focuses on the relevant legal documents of the protection of the rights and interests of preschool teachers in kindergartens, and finds out the characteristics and shortcomings of the development, and provides some references for the legalization development of preschool education in China. This study is divided into the following parts: The first part, the introduction part. This part describes the significance of this study, research literature review and research methods used in this study. The second part, the evolution of the relevant laws and regulations on the protection of the rights and interests of preschool teachers in China. In this part, this research takes time as the clue, respectively elaborated the development course of the relevant laws and regulations of our country before the founding of the people's Republic of China, from the founding of the people's Republic of China to 2010, 2010 to the present, and summarized the characteristics of its development. The third part, the content system analysis of the law of protecting the rights and interests of preschool teachers in our country. Through sorting out the relevant laws and regulations, the author draws the conclusion that the legal rights and interests of preschool teachers include the legal rights and interests, and makes the relevant explanation and elaboration. The fourth part, the effectiveness of the relevant laws and regulations on the protection of the rights and interests of preschool teachers in China. This part focuses on the role of relevant laws and regulations in the practical utility, and summarizes its progress and shortcomings. The fifth part, causes our country preschool teacher legal rights and interests related laws and regulations to be imperfect. The times are progressing, and the relevant laws and regulations are in the process of development, reflecting its shortcomings. Through text and reality analysis, the causes of its imperfection are obtained. The sixth part, the current infant teacher rights and interests protection related laws and regulations should be improved. According to its shortcomings, this part puts forward some suggestions to improve the development of relevant laws and regulations. The seventh part, the future outlook of the relevant laws and regulations on the protection of the rights and interests of preschool teachers. The maturity of the relevant laws and regulations on the protection of the rights and interests of preschool teachers is the inevitable result of social development. In this part, by looking forward to its future development, it provides a certain development direction for the development of relevant laws and regulations on the rights and interests of preschool teachers.
