粗大动作练习对学龄前儿童身体素质发展的实验研究

【摘要】:研究目的:大肌肉群发展测试(TGMD-2)作为专门评估3~10岁儿童粗大动作发展状况的工具,在2005年李静,梁国立的《大肌肉群发展测试》一文中曾提出其测试内容可以帮助教师提供一定的教学计划和具体内容。为了丰富幼儿户外体育活动的内容,提高幼儿的运动技能,并能够有针对性的提高幼儿的身体素质,本研究将美国Clark粗大动作发展测试十二项内容为教学内容,对中国科学院幼儿园5岁幼儿进行实验干预,以此来判定该内容是否对幼儿的身体素质会有一定的作用以及意义,是否可以作为幼儿身体素质发展的练习内容,作为幼儿园户外体育活动的参考内容。研究方法:研究主要包括文献资料法、教师访谈法、数理统计法、测试法收集和处理相关的资料数据。用国家体质测试(幼儿部分)作为实验前后的评价标准。研究对象:本文的研究对象为粗大动作练习对学龄前儿童身体素质发展的影响研究。研究结论:1粗大动作练习跟常规户外体育练习都能够提高学龄前儿童的体质测试成绩(坐位体前屈除外)。但是,粗大动作练习在提高成绩方面更为显著。2粗大动作练习可以提高学龄前儿童的灵敏素质、爆发力、平衡能力、协调性和下肢肌肉力量以及腰腹部肌肉力量,而对于学龄前儿童的柔韧素质的发展并没有实际意义。3粗大动作练习可以作为教学内容进行幼儿园教学,为幼儿园户外体育活动提供丰富的动作技能练习手段,丰富幼儿户外体育活动内容,从而提高学龄前儿童的身体素质发展水平,为后来的体育动作技能学习奠定良好的基础。研究建议:1.建议将粗大动作练习作为一种教学手段融入到幼儿园的户外体育锻炼中,不仅丰富了户外体育活动,而且能够提高幼儿身体素质。2.建议将粗大动作练习作为提高幼儿身体素质和促进动作技能发展的课程实施进行推广教学。
[Abstract]:Objective: the large muscle group development test (TGMD-2) was used as a tool to evaluate the development of coarse movements in children aged 3 to 10 years old, Li Jing in 2005. Liang Guo's "Test for the Development of large muscle groups" has proposed that its content can help teachers to provide certain teaching plans and specific contents. In order to enrich the content of children's outdoor sports activities, improve the children's sports skills, and improve the children's physical fitness, this study took the United States Clark coarse movement development test 12 items as the teaching contents. Experimental intervention was carried out on children aged 5 years old in kindergartens of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, so as to determine whether the content would have a certain effect and significance on children's physical fitness, and whether it could be used as an exercise content for the development of children's physical qualities. As the reference content of kindergarten outdoor sports activities. Research methods: the research mainly includes literature method, teacher interview method, mathematical statistics method and test method to collect and process related data. The national physical fitness test (infant part) was used as the evaluation standard before and after the experiment. Subjects: the research object of this paper is the influence of coarse movement exercise on the development of preschool children's physical quality. The results showed that both the general outdoor exercise and the coarse movement exercise at 1: 1 could improve the physical test scores of preschool children (except for sitting position flexion). However, in terms of performance improvement, coarse exercise can improve preschool children's sensitivity, explosive power, balance ability, coordination, lower extremity muscle strength and waist and abdominal muscle strength, and can improve the ability of preschool children to improve their abilities of sensitivity, explosive power, balance, coordination and muscle strength of lower extremity and waist and abdomen. However, there is no practical significance for the development of preschool children's flexibility. 3. The coarse movement exercises can be used as teaching contents for kindergarten teaching. To enrich the content of outdoor sports activities of young children, so as to improve the development level of preschool children's physical quality, and lay a good foundation for the later learning of sports movement skills. Study suggestion 1. It is suggested that the practice of coarse movement should be integrated into the outdoor exercise of kindergarten as a teaching method, which not only enriches the outdoor sports activities, but also improves the physical fitness of children. It is suggested that the extensive exercise should be used as a course to improve children's physical quality and promote the development of motor skills.
