幼儿园教师对儿童的差别对待及儿童对此的理解

【摘要】:幼儿教师差别行为,又称幼儿教师差别对待,是指幼儿教师在与幼儿的互动中表现出对不同幼儿在情感与行为反应上的分化。它是幼儿教师对幼儿已有背景有所了解,形成一定看法和期望后,而针对不同幼儿所做出的差别对待。 本研究采用观察法,聚焦于幼儿教师对儿童的差别对待行为进行观察与分析。在观察中发现:1、幼儿教师的差别对待行为中有许多明显不合理的差别对待行为;2、这些明显不合理的差别对待行为主要可以分为指导与支持性的差别对待行为,和情感态度上的差别对待行为。 研究选择观察记录中最常见且明显的一个情境,根据此情境编写了一则短故事,根据故事内容及相应问题对儿童进行访谈,以此来了解儿童对教师差别对待行为的理解和感受以及差别对待行为对儿童的影响。访谈结果显示:1、儿童能清楚感知到教师的差别对待行为;2、教师差别对待影响儿童自我意识的形成,对儿童的自信、儿童对于教师差别对待的归因等各方面也都形成了显著的影响。 通过对研究结果的分析与讨论,分别从教师以及教师之外两方面提出了建议。单纯从教师自身的角度提出对策与建议是不够的,必须从儿童家长、幼儿园管理层面,还有社会文化的各层面同时做出相应的努力。然而就具体到教师而言,研究从教师对自身差别对待行为的意识、与儿童互动时的策略以及教师对于公平价值的传递等方面提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:The differential behavior of preschool teachers, also known as the differential treatment of preschool teachers, refers to the differentiation of emotional and behavioral responses of different children in the interaction between preschool teachers and children. It is a kind of different treatment for different children after teachers understand the background of children and form certain views and expectations. The present study focuses on the observation and analysis of children's differential treatment by preschool teachers. In the observation, we find that there are many obviously unreasonable differential treatment behaviors in the differential treatment behavior of preschool teachers. These obviously unreasonable differential treatment behaviors can be divided into guiding and supportive differential treatment behaviors. And the difference in attitude toward behavior. The study selected one of the most common and obvious situations in the observational records, according to which a short story was written to interview children according to the content of the story and the corresponding questions. In order to understand children's understanding and feelings of teachers' differential treatment behavior and the impact of differential treatment behavior on children. The results of the interview show that children can clearly perceive teachers' differential treatment behavior, and that teachers' differential treatment affects the formation of children's self-awareness and confidence in children. Children also have a significant impact on teachers' differential attribution and other aspects. Through the analysis and discussion of the research results, some suggestions are put forward from two aspects: teachers and teachers. It is not enough to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the teachers' own angle. It is necessary to make corresponding efforts at the same time from the children's parents, the kindergarten management level, as well as the social culture level. However, as far as teachers are concerned, some suggestions are put forward from the following aspects: teachers' awareness of their own differential treatment behavior, strategies for interacting with children and teachers' transmission of fair values.
