科学组织区域活动,促进幼儿个性和谐健康发展

【摘要】:区域活动最适合让幼儿进行个性化的学习,凸现其优势智能。为促进幼儿个性和谐健康发展,区域活动的内容设置应体现多元化、主题化、生成化的要求;区域活动的材料投放应讲究多样性、层次性与开放性;教师在区域活动中的指导应灵活多样,善于运用标记法、档案法、记录法等教学策略,在充分尊重幼儿个体差异的基础上满足不同幼儿的兴趣与需要,促进每个幼儿富有个性地发展。
[Abstract]:Regional activities are the most suitable for children to carry out personalized learning, highlight its advantages of intelligence. In order to promote the harmonious and healthy development of children's personality, the content setting of regional activities should reflect the requirements of diversity, theme and generation, and the materials of regional activities should be diversified, hierarchical and open. Teachers' guidance in regional activities should be flexible and diverse. They should be good at applying teaching strategies such as marking, archival and recording, and meet the interests and needs of different children on the basis of fully respecting the individual differences of children. Promote the individual development of every child.
