教师介入幼儿创造性游戏实践智慧的研究
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the reform and development of education, the professional development of preschool teachers has been paid more and more attention by the society. The practical wisdom of preschool teachers has become a hot issue in educational research in recent years. Creative game is a typical form of play for young children, which can promote the all-round development of children's body and mind. According to the investigation and research, it is found that there are still some biases in the practice of teachers' intervention in children's creative games in kindergartens, which are the main background and reasons for this study. In this study, literature research, observation, interview and case analysis were used to study the practical wisdom of teachers' intervention in children's creative games. According to the actual cases, the researchers summarize the concrete expression of the practical wisdom of teachers' intervention in children's creative games, and analyze the conditions for the formation of teachers' practical wisdom of intervention in children's creative games. Finally, the application strategy of practical wisdom in teachers' intervention in children's creative games is put forward. The research shows that the practical wisdom of teachers' intervention in children's creative games is mainly manifested in five aspects: accurately grasping the timing of intervention in creative games, tact in dealing with emergencies in creative games, insisting on the unity of pleasure and education, and insisting on the unity of pleasure and education. Pay attention to the improvement of children's game experience and level; respect the choice and needs of children. On this basis, this paper analyzes the conditions for teachers to intervene in the formation of children's creative game practice wisdom: the guidance of profound theoretical knowledge, the support of game organization experience, the hint of keen observation ability, the awareness of teachers' reflective ability, The infiltration of positive education emotion and the help of learning community. Finally, the application strategy of practical wisdom in children's creative games is put forward: systematically observing the situation of children's game activities, choosing the right time to intervene in children's games, respecting the main position of children in the game, and respecting the main position of children in the game. Guide children to "meaningful learning" in the game; organize sharing and communication activities.
