【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国的经济体制逐步由高度集中的计划经济向市场经济过渡。为了适应社会经济发展的需要,满足不同时期的就业需求,我国大学生的就业政策也在不断变革,这不同程度地影响到了大学生人力资本和社会资本的状况,同时也对大学生就业产生了不同的影响。特别是在就业政策变迁,及当下严峻的就业形势下,大学生只有不断加强自身的人力资本和社会资本存量,克服其负面影响,才能增强自己的就业能力。这是促进社会经济和谐发展、保持社会健康、稳定重要因素。本文通过分析改革开放后大学生就业政策的变迁及变迁过程中大学生人力资本和社会资本的变化及对就业的影响,并结合就业、人力资本和社会资本的基本理论和相关概念,从政府、高校和大学生三个主体出发,在马克思主义就业理论指导下提出促进大学生就业的积极有效的就业对策。全文由以下六个部分内容组成。第一章,绪论。本章主要阐述本文的选题背景、选题意义、国内外研究综述、研究思路和方法以及创新与不足之处。第二章,基本概念与理论基础。本章主要阐述就业、创业的基本概念及其相关理论。第三章,大学生就业政策的变迁。本章主要阐述了我国改革开放以来就业政策变迁下的三个不同阶段,大学生就业政策的内容变化其特点。第四章,就业政策变迁下的大学生人力资本和社会资本状况。本章主要阐述了改革开放后,在三个不同就业政策的变迁中大学生人力资本和社会资本的变化。第五章,大学生人力资本和社会资本的变化对就业的影响。本章主要分析了不同阶段就业政策的变化对就业的不同影响,包括积极和消极影响。第六章,马克思主义就业理论指导下的就业对策研究。本章立足于我国目前的就业环境,以马克思主义就业理论为指导,从政府、高校和大学生三个主体出发,探索适合我国国情的大学生就业对策。目的是改善大学生的就业状况,增加大学生人力资本和社会资本的有效性,使就业政策更好地为大学生服务。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic system has gradually shifted from a highly centralized planned economy to the market economy. In order to meet the needs of social and economic development, to meet the employment needs of different periods, China's College Students' employment policy is changing, the influence to the human capital and social capital of college students, but also on the employment of college students has different influence. Especially in the changing employment policy and the current severe employment situation, only by constantly strengthening their stock of human capital and social capital and overcome their negative effects can they enhance their employability. This is an important factor in promoting harmonious social and economic development, maintaining social health and stability. In this paper, through the analysis of changes and changes in the process of college students employment policy after the reform and opening up in the College of human and social capital and the impact on employment, and combined with the basic theory of employment, human capital and social capital and related concepts, from the government, colleges and Universities have three viewpoints, proposes the effective countermeasures to promote employment the employment of College Students under the guidance of Marx's employment theory. The full text is composed of the following six parts. The first chapter, the introduction. This chapter mainly expounds the background of the topic, the significance of the topic, the research review at home and abroad, the ideas and methods of the research, and the innovation and deficiency. The second chapter, basic concepts and theoretical basis. This chapter mainly expounds the basic concepts and related theories of employment and entrepreneurship. The third chapter is the change of the employment policy of college students. This chapter mainly expounds the three different stages of the change of employment policy in China since the reform and opening up, and the changes in the content of the employment policy of college students. The fourth chapter, the situation of human capital and social capital of College Students under the change of employment policy. This chapter mainly expounds the changes of the human capital and social capital of college students in the changes of the three different employment policies after the reform and opening up. The fifth chapter, the influence of the change of the human capital and social capital on the employment of the college students. This chapter mainly analyzes the different effects of the change of employment policy on employment in different stages, including positive and negative effects. The sixth chapter is the research on the employment strategy under the guidance of Marx's theory of employment. This chapter is based on the current employment environment in China. Guided by the employment theory of Marx, from the three main bodies of the government, universities and college students, we explore the employment countermeasures suitable for China's national conditions. The purpose is to improve the employment situation of college students, increase the effectiveness of the human capital and social capital of college students, and make the employment policy serve the college students better.
