【摘要】:构建中国联系印度洋的物流大通道,对于推动"一带一路"建设,促进区域经济协同发展具有重要意义。可分别选择以深圳(香港)和上海为起点,以马来西亚的槟城港和缅甸的皎漂港为终点,设计出以"双Y形"的铁路运输线路为轴心、以高速公路网为骨干的跨越中南半岛联系印度洋的物流大通道。物流大通道将有效提升区域物流效率,促进区域协同发展,但也存在系统规划、巨额投资和政治风险等方面的问题,需要认真对待。
[Abstract]:Logistics corridor construction China contact India ocean, to promote the "The Belt and Road construction, plays a key role in promoting the coordinated development of regional economy. Can be selected respectively in Shenzhen (Hongkong) and Shanghai as a starting point, to Malaysia, Penang port and Burma Kyaukpyu port as the end point, designed to "the railway transportation line double Y shaped" as the axis, on the expressway network as the backbone of the Indochina Peninsula across India ocean logistics Datong Road link. Logistics corridor will effectively enhance regional logistics efficiency and promote regional coordinated development, but there are also problems such as system planning, huge investment and political risk, which need to be seriously treated.
