城镇化与教育发展的辩证关系探讨

【摘要】：城镇化的核心是人的城镇化,人的城镇化关键在教育。人的城镇化过程,即人的转移与集聚、人的就业转变、人的身份转化与社会融入、人的公平正义与社会权益四个环节都同教育发生交互作用,对教育产生影响,而教育也在人的城镇化过程中,发挥相应的集聚作用、支撑作用、塑造作用、引领作用和示范作用。
[Abstract]:The core of urbanization is the urbanization of people, and the key to the urbanization of people is education. The process of urbanization, namely the transfer and agglomeration, identity transformation and social employment change, human integration, human rights and social justice are four aspects of the same education interact, have an impact on education, and education in the urbanization process, play a role of agglomeration, the corresponding supporting role, shaping effect, leading and exemplary role.
