【摘要】：医药行业发展离不开医药物流,我国原有的国有企业垄断医药流通的格局已经随着医药物流的发展逐渐改变,大型国有药企开展下属医药物流公司,部分民营逐渐向专业化医药物流服务企业过度,外资药企也伺机进入我国医药物流业。为增强企业竞争力并降低药品物流成本,设计一套适用于医药行业同时又具有实际可操作性的医药物流服务商评价指标体系并建立一套实用的医药物流服务商选择办法成为值得深入研究的问题。本文明确选题背景和选题意义,说明研究医药物流服务商的重要性,通过相关文献研究总结出有关物流服务商评价指标和评价方法的研究现状。界定医药物流的概念,分析目前我国医药物流的特点、问题和发展趋势,结合文献中现有评价指标分析确定构建本文医药物流服务商评价指标体系所需初始评价指标和评价因素。运用极大不相关法进行评价因素筛选,剔除相关性大的评价因素后构建评价指标体系,并对评价指标进行了量化和无量纲化处理。对现有物流供应商评价方法进行对比分析,提出本文构建医药物流服务商评价模型所应用的直觉模糊TOPSIS法,并介绍与直觉模糊理论和TOPSIS理论相关的理论基础。结合医药物流服务商评价指标体系构建医药物流服务商评价模型,对评价指标进行直觉模糊化并确定评价指标权重,用决策者权重来描述决策者之间的效用差别,进而总结出医药物流服务商评价模型求解的具体步骤。考虑到仅运用评价结果进行服务商选择不具备较强说服力,同时未给企业选择决策留有空间,在评价结果基础上运用基于指标偏好的医药物流服务商选择模型对评价结果中表现突出的若干服务商进行指标层面的横向分析,通过企业偏好于某一评价指标时各服务商的综合得分排序结合评价模型结果为医药企业选择医药物流服务商提供可靠决策依据。运用算例分析,将医药物流服务商评价模型和基于指标偏好的医药服务商选择模型应用到实际情况中。为避免复杂数值运算和符号运算借用MATLAB软件编程实现模型求解,得到医药物流服务商评价结果优劣排序。基于指标偏好的医药物流服务商选择模型应用中从初始得分数据出发分析各评价指标间的相似性,求得偏好某一评价指标时各备选服务商综合得分排序,与评价结果结合共同实现医药企业选择服务商的决策。
[Abstract]:The pharmaceutical industry development cannot do without the pharmaceutical logistics, medicine circulation of the original monopoly of state-owned enterprises in China have gradually changed with the pattern of the development of medical logistics, large state-owned pharmaceutical companies to carry out affiliated pharmaceutical logistics company, the private part gradually to the professional medical logistics service enterprises over foreign pharmaceutical companies have to enter China medicine logistics. To enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and reduce the cost of pharmaceutical logistics, design a set of applicable to the pharmaceutical industry also has the actual medical logistics service provider evaluation index system of operation and to establish a set of medical logistics service providers and practical choice to become a problem worth researching. This paper clarifies the background and significance of topic selection, explains the importance of research on pharmaceutical logistics providers, and summarizes the research status of evaluation index and evaluation method of logistics providers through relevant literature research. The concept of pharmaceutical logistics is defined, and the characteristics, problems and development trend of pharmaceutical logistics in China are analyzed. Combined with the existing evaluation indicators in the literature, the initial evaluation indicators and evaluation factors for the evaluation index system of pharmaceutical logistics providers are determined. We use the method of maximal irrelevance to screen the evaluation factors, eliminate the correlation factors, and build the evaluation index system, and quantify and dimensionless the evaluation indicators. The existing logistics providers evaluation methods are compared and analyzed, and the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method applied in the evaluation model of pharmaceutical logistics providers is put forward. The theoretical basis related to intuitionistic fuzzy theory and TOPSIS theory is introduced. Construction of medical logistics service provider evaluation model with the evaluation index system of medical logistics service providers, to evaluate the intuitionistic fuzzy and determine the weights of evaluation index for decision makers weights describe the difference of utility decision makers, and summed up the specific steps of medical logistics service provider evaluation model. Taking into account the results of the selection of the service provider does not have strong persuasion and not only use evaluation to the enterprise decision to save space, some service providers outstanding performance in the use of evaluation results based on the model selection of pharmaceutical logistics service index preference on the evaluation result of horizontal analysis index level, the enterprise preference scores in an evaluation index when the service provider evaluation model selection sort combined with the results of medical logistics service provider for pharmaceutical enterprises to provide a reliable basis for decision-making. The medical logistics service provider evaluation model and the medical service provider selection model based on index preference are applied to the actual situation by the example analysis. In order to avoid complex numerical operation and symbolic operation, MATLAB software programming is used to solve the model, and the ranking of the evaluation results of medical logistics service providers is obtained. Pharmaceutical logistics service index preference model in application from the initial score data of similarity analysis between the assessment indexes based on the obtained a preference evaluation index score of each alternative service providers sort, and evaluation results combined with the common implementation of pharmaceutical enterprises choose service business decisions.
