【摘要】:引入“工作辅助时间”概念,从微观角度、以量化对比的方式阐述了“朝八晚六”与“朝九晚五”两种工时制的结构与功能差异,继而从城市整体视角选择指标,构建工时制选择的理论框架与实证判别方法,并以华北A市为例进行了适用性分析。研究发现:两种工时制在工作时间碎片化程度、自控时间效用等多个方面存在差异,这些差异导致了两种工时制适用对象和对工作效率的影响不同,进而影响到城市工时制的选择;城市规模、经济发展水平、交通拥堵状况等是影响工时制选择的重要因素;“适宜度III”取值范围为[2,4]时,城市可以考虑引入“朝九晚五”工时制,而当“适宜度III”取值范围为[0,1]时,宜继续维持“朝八晚六”工时制。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the concept of "work assistant time", and expounds the differences of structure and function of the two kinds of man-hour system from the microcosmic point of view and by means of quantitative comparison between "Korea eight nights six" and "morning nine to five". Then from the perspective of the city as a whole to select indicators, to build the theoretical framework of man-hour system choice and empirical discrimination method. Taking A city in North China as an example, the applicability analysis is carried out. It is found that there are differences in the degree of fragmentation of working time and the effectiveness of self-control time between the two kinds of man-hour systems. These differences lead to two kinds of man-hour system applicable object and the influence on work efficiency are different, and then affect the choice of urban man-hour system; The scale of city, the level of economic development and traffic congestion are the important factors that affect the choice of man-hour system. The range of "suitability III" values is. [2 / 4], cities may consider introducing the "9-to-5" man-hour system, and when the "suitability III" values are in the range of "9 to 5" [It is advisable to continue to maintain the "eight to six" working hours system.
