苏州旧城空间文化创意产业园发展策略研究

【摘要】：随着创意经济在全球范围内兴起,城市空间结构与功能发生巨大变化。关于城市空间与文化创意产业的研究成为城市发展的焦点。文化创意产业园作为创意产业的集聚与发展的空间载体,其形成、发展不仅能够直接体现社会经济发展和城市空间结构变迁,也是城市活力复兴和历史文脉延续的重要动力来源。苏州文化创意产业园在发展过程呈现空间上旧建筑改造的热情,分布上集聚于古城区的特征,这是创意产业园对旧城空间的“选择”;同时创意产业园作为城市功能体植入城市空间,势必会影响旧城更新的进程。因此,探究两者之间的关系及如何利用旧城空间特点推动创意产业园的发展,以更好地推动旧城空间更新成为本文研究的重点。首先,通过研究苏州城市空间的演变历程及苏州创意产业园的发展概况,分析苏州旧城空间的范围、特点及与创意产业园的发展关系。创意产业园与旧城空间在经济、社会、文化、空间方面均存在互动关系,创意产业园能够对苏州旧城空间的发展有一定的推动作用,两者之间的良性互动是具有积极作用的。其次,从产生方式、用地规模、功能业态及开发管理的角度,划分创意产业园的类型,并将苏州旧城空间的创意产业园进行相应的整理归纳,分析其特点。在此基础上,选取具有典型性及差异性的创意产业园进行更深层次的分析和研究,总结其发展现状及与旧城空间的发展的适应性,剖析其面临的问题。最后,针对上述问题,提出与旧城相适应发展的发展策略:“规范+引导”的建筑空间发展策略、“挖掘+共享”的公共空间发展策略、“静态+动态”的功能业态发展策略及“完善+合作”的管理模式发展策略。
[Abstract]:With the rise of creative economy around the world. Great changes have taken place in the structure and function of urban space. The research on urban space and cultural creative industries has become the focus of urban development. Cultural and creative industrial parks as the spatial carrier of the gathering and development of creative industries. Its formation and development can not only directly reflect the social and economic development and the changes of urban spatial structure. Suzhou Cultural and Creative Industry Park in the development process presents the enthusiasm of the old building transformation in space, distributed in the characteristics of the ancient urban area. This is the creative industry park to the old city space "choice"; At the same time, creative industry park as a city function implanted into urban space, will inevitably affect the old city renewal process. Therefore, explore the relationship between the two and how to use the characteristics of the old city to promote the development of creative industry park. In order to better promote the renewal of the old city space has become the focus of this study. Firstly, through the study of the evolution of Suzhou urban space and the development of Suzhou creative industry park, the scope of Suzhou old city space is analyzed. Characteristics and the development of creative industry park. Creative industry park and the old city space in the economic, social, cultural and spatial aspects of interaction. Creative industry park can promote the development of Suzhou old city space, the positive interaction between the two is positive. Secondly, from the way of production, the scale of land use. From the angle of function form and development management, this paper divides the type of creative industry park, and sums up the creative industry park of Suzhou old city space, and analyzes its characteristics. Select the creative industry park with typical and difference for deeper analysis and research, summarize its development status and adaptability to the development of the old city space, analyze the problems it faces. Finally, to solve the above problems. The paper puts forward the development strategy which is adapted to the development of the old city: the construction space development strategy of "normative guidance" and the public space development strategy of "excavating and sharing". The development strategy of "static and dynamic" function and management mode of "perfect cooperation".
