城市公共空间的使用行为、空间冲突与治理研究

【摘要】：城市公共空间是城市居民日常社会生活行为的重要场所,在空间上表现为人群集中活动的区域,很大程度上,也是为居民提供日常社会生活交流与文化融合的平台。随着社会经济水平的提高,日常化的休闲娱乐活动越来越受到重视,个性化、多层次的城市居民的日常社会生活活动聚集在城市公共空间中,这不仅对当前城市公共空间的活动组织与管理产生了一定的挑战,也为城市公共空间的城市社会地理学视域下的研究提供了基础。本文以社会冲突理论、行为地理学的理论为基础,运用社会学的观察调查等研究方法,对长沙市十个城市公共空间区域内的活动人群及周边居民进行抽样调查,研究城市公共空间活动人群休闲行为与空间使用特征,探讨城市公共空间使用存在的冲突与矛盾,从社会地理学视角给出城市公共空间的布局与优化建议。研究认为:1休闲活动者的空间选择行为是活动空间的正向吸引和负向干扰共同作用的结果。以长沙市的调查表明,场地面积、场地可使用时段以及场地器材为最主要的吸引因子;干扰因素主要表现为活动音乐的相互干扰以及儿童干扰方面。2满足城市居民日常社会生活的休闲活动需求的城市公共空间可以划分为城市广场型、城市公园型、普通社区型、校园型和公共空地型五大类。五类空间在空间布局形态、场地规模、活动类型以及周围居民类型几方面有着显著差别。3城市公共空间使用中的基本冲突可以划分为四类:时间冲突、空间冲突、声音冲突、氛围冲突。四类冲突在不同的空间类型中并非同时存在,且存在强度差异。其中普通社区型公共空间和城市广场型公共空间的冲突形式最为丰富且冲突强度最大。4城市公共空间的不同冲突形式间存在一定的转化与传递。其中时空冲突转化较为明显,而冲突的传递则主要体现在单一公共空间内部的冲突向空间与周围环境间的扩散过程,这种传递则以声音冲突、氛围冲突的传递最为显著。5从行为、空间以及矛盾关系处理三个层面对城市公共空间的规划引导提出建议。具体是行为者角度进行引导;社区层面进行管理;城市公共空间布局进行合理规划与设计,以期实现城市公共空间的合理配置与优化。
[Abstract]:Urban public space is an important place for the daily social life of urban residents. It is also a platform for the exchange of daily social life and cultural integration. With the improvement of social and economic level, more and more attention has been paid to the daily leisure and entertainment activities, personalized. The daily social activities of multi-level urban residents gather in the urban public space, which not only has a certain challenge to the organization and management of urban public space activities. It also provides a basis for the study of urban social geography in urban public space. Based on the theory of social conflict and the theory of behavioral geography, this paper uses sociological observational investigation and other research methods. In order to study the leisure behavior and spatial use characteristics of the urban public space population, a sampling survey was carried out among the active people and the surrounding residents in 10 urban public space areas in Changsha. This paper discusses the conflicts and contradictions in the use of urban public space. The layout and optimization suggestions of urban public space are given from the perspective of social geography. 1 the spatial choice behavior of leisure activists is the result of both positive attraction and negative interference of activity space. The area of the site, the duration of the site can be used and the equipment of the site are the main attraction factors. The main interference factors are the mutual interference of activity music and the interference of children. 2. The urban public space which can meet the leisure needs of urban residents' daily social life can be divided into urban square type. Urban park type, ordinary community type, campus type and public open space type. Five types of space in the space layout form, site size. There are significant differences in the types of activities and the types of residents around. 3 the basic conflicts in the use of urban public space can be divided into four categories: time conflict, spatial conflict and sound conflict. Ambience conflict. Four types of conflicts do not exist simultaneously in different spatial types. The conflict forms of common community public space and city square public space are the most abundant and the intensity of conflict is greatest. 4. There is certain transformation and transmission between different conflict forms of urban public space. Among them, the transformation of space-time conflict is obvious. The transmission of conflict is mainly reflected in the process of the conflict from the single public space to the diffusion between the space and the surrounding environment. The transmission of this kind of transmission is the sound conflict, the transmission of the atmosphere conflict is the most significant from the behavior. Three aspects of spatial and contradictory relations are proposed to guide the planning of urban public space. Management at the community level; The layout of urban public space should be rationally planned and designed in order to realize the rational allocation and optimization of urban public space.
