【摘要】:城市物流与城市经济的关系密不可分,城市物流的发展必须服从城市经济发展的需要,对城市的经济结构转变、经济增长起到了一定的促进作用,城市经济影响物流的需求结构和发展水平。城市物流节点是城市物流系统的关键组成要素,其布局规划合理与否很大程度上会影响整个物流系统的运行质量。如今,“一带一路”战略正如火如荼的推进和实施过程中,这是经济带周边国家和地区互利共荣的宏伟蓝图,而泉州正处于21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区,被联合国教科文组织确认的“海上丝绸之路”起点,是海上丝绸之路经济带的重要物流节点。泉州在物流节点空间布局和节点规模确定上面临以下困境:物流园区、物流中心等节点分布设置不合理,很大程度上阻碍了物流节点功能的发挥;不能合理的设置物流节点的规模,部分物流节点由于规模太小不能满足辐射范围内的需求,部分物流节点因为规模太大而基本处于闲置状态,泉州市物流节点亟需系统的、有效的规划。通过搜集、鉴别、整理近些年以来在城市物流节点领域相关的文献并进行评述,引入城市物流和物流节点相关的理论基础。论文主体分为三个部分。第一部分是弹性系数,线性回归,因子分析和灰色预测方法的组合,通过分析泉州市物流的影响因素,建立了组合预测模型,预测泉州市物流量。第二部分是影响泉州市物流量的影响因子,选择相关模型计算泉州城市物流节点个数、总规模,并根据专家评分方法,对泉州城市物流节点位置影响因素的权重进行确定,以此作为对备选方案的评价标准。第三部分是城市物流节点建设规模的确定,采用总量分摊法计算,利用总规模分摊法计算单个物流节点的具体规模。本研究可以为泉州市以及同等规模城市物流节点规划提供一定的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The relationship between urban logistics and urban economy is inseparable. The development of urban logistics must meet the needs of urban economic development, which plays a certain role in promoting the transformation of urban economic structure and economic growth. Urban economy affects the demand structure and development level of logistics. Urban logistics node is the key element of urban logistics system. Whether the layout planning is reasonable or not will affect the operation quality of the whole logistics system to a great extent. Now, the "Belt and Road" strategy is in full swing in the process of promotion and implementation. This is the grand blueprint for the mutual benefit and common prosperity of the neighboring countries and regions of the economic belt, and Quanzhou is in the core area of the maritime Silk Road in 21th century, which was confirmed by UNESCO as the starting point of the "Maritime Silk Road". Quanzhou is faced with the following difficulties in determining the spatial layout and node size of logistics nodes: the distribution of nodes such as logistics parks and logistics centers is unreasonable. To a large extent, it hinders the function of logistics node. Can not reasonably set the scale of logistics nodes, some logistics nodes because the scale is too small to meet the needs of the radiation range, some logistics nodes because of the size of the basic idle state. Quanzhou logistics node is in urgent need of systematic and effective planning. Through collection, identification, collation of recent years in the field of urban logistics node related literature and comments. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the combination of elastic coefficient, linear regression, factor analysis and grey forecasting method. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of Quanzhou logistics, a combined forecasting model is established to forecast the logistics flow in Quanzhou. The second part is the factors that affect the logistics flow in Quanzhou. Select the relevant model to calculate the number and total scale of Quanzhou city logistics node, and according to the expert scoring method, determine the weight of the factors affecting the location of Quanzhou city logistics node. The third part is the determination of the scale of urban logistics node construction, using the total allocation method to calculate. The specific scale of a single logistics node is calculated by using the total scale allocation method. This study can provide a certain reference and reference for the planning of logistics nodes in Quanzhou and other cities of the same scale.
