就业质量对农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿的影响

【摘要】：基于对广西壮族自治区14个地级市1 779份农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿的问卷调查数据,以就业质量为研究视角,采用二元Logistic回归模型分析农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿的主要影响因素。结果表明,农业转移人口的就近城镇化意愿整体偏低。农业转移人口的个人特征因素中年龄、婚姻状况和受教育程度对农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿影响显著,性别、进城务工年限对农业转移人口的就近城镇化意愿影响不明显;就业质量对农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿的影响显著。农业转移人口受职业技能培训、职业发展机会、社会保险健全程度满意度的影响尤为突出,同时注重工资收入水平、工作设施安全性和职业稳定性满意度的提升。因此,建议不断强化农业转移人口职业技能培训,完善农业转移人口社会保险制度,并建立工资合理增长机制,以提升农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿。
[Abstract]:Based on the 14 cities of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region 1779 agricultural population transfer in the nearest town will survey data on the quality of employment as the research perspective, using two Logistic regression model analysis on the main factors influencing the transfer of the agricultural population of nearby urbanization willingness. The results show that the transfer of agricultural population to the nearest town will transfer of agricultural age is low on the whole. Individual characteristic factors of population, the population of nearby towns marital status and education level of agricultural transfer will significantly affect the gender, age of migrant workers on the transfer of agricultural population to the nearest town will not significantly effect; the influence of population urbanization near the quality of employment in agriculture will shift significantly. The transfer of the agricultural population by occupation skill training. Occupation development opportunities, improve the satisfaction degree of the influence of social insurance is particularly prominent, while focusing on the level of wage income, industry Therefore, it is suggested that we should constantly strengthen vocational skills training of agricultural transfer population, improve the social insurance system of agricultural transfer population, and establish a reasonable wage growth mechanism, so as to enhance the willingness of agricultural transfer population to get closer to urbanization.
