知识产权的劳动价值论探析

【摘要】：随着知识经济的兴起,知识和技术在经济发展中的作用越来越突出,而知识产权在其中无疑占据了举足轻重的地位。因此,清晰地认识知识产权价值内涵,明确知识产权价值来源就显得愈发重要。文章试图在马克思劳动价值论的范畴内对知识产权价值问题进行讨论,并分析知识产权价值与一般商品价值的异同。在此基础上,对几个重要概念进行辨析。
[Abstract]:With the rise of knowledge economy, knowledge and technology play a more and more important role in economic development, and intellectual property plays an important role in it. Therefore, it is clear to understand the value connotation of intellectual property. It is more and more important to clarify the origin of intellectual property value. This paper tries to discuss the value of intellectual property in the scope of Marx's theory of labor value. On the basis of analyzing the similarities and differences between intellectual property value and general commodity value, several important concepts are analyzed.
