知识密集型制造业专利创新运营绩效研究

【摘要】：利用SFA模型进行分解修正样本投入的偏移量,在此基础上引入Malmquist指数改进,结合Tobit技术,综合考虑环境因素、随机误差与动态变化,将时空异质性和影响因素引入专利创新的运营绩效模型进行动态分析,从方法和内容上深入探究知识密集型制造业专利创新运营绩效异质性和影响机制.结果表明,考虑处理环境效应和随机误差的专利创新运营绩效出现显著变化,环境因素对专利创新运营绩效影响存在时空异质性;调整后2007-2013年专利创新运营绩效呈现双重升降的波动趋势,各时期差异明显;调整后各地区专利创新运营绩效增长幅度较大,其中技术水平指数均发生不同程度改善,是调整后专利创新运营绩效提升的主要动力;政府支持对知识密集型制造业专利创新运营绩效具有显著的正向影响,而知识产权保护产生显著抑制效应,市场竞争、企业规模和技术消化吸收能力对专利创新运营绩效的推动作用不明显.
[Abstract]:The SFA model is used to decompose and modify the offset of sample input. On this basis, the improvement of Malmquist exponent is introduced. Combined with Tobit technology, environmental factors are comprehensively considered. Random error and dynamic change, the spatio-temporal heterogeneity and influencing factors are introduced into the patent innovation operating performance model for dynamic analysis. This paper explores the heterogeneity and influence mechanism of patent innovation operation performance in knowledge-intensive manufacturing industry in terms of methods and contents. The results show that patent innovation operation performance with environmental effects and random errors is significantly changed. The influence of environmental factors on patent innovation operation performance is spatio-temporal heterogeneity; After adjustment, the patent innovation operation performance in 2007-2013 shows a double fluctuation trend, and the differences are obvious in each period. After adjustment, the operation performance of patent innovation in different regions has increased greatly, among which the technical level index has been improved to some extent, which is the main driving force for the improvement of patent innovation operation performance after adjustment. Government support has a significant positive impact on the operation performance of patent innovation in knowledge-intensive manufacturing, while intellectual property protection has a significant inhibitory effect and market competition. The scale of enterprises and the ability of technology digestion and absorption are not significant in promoting patent innovation operation performance.
