构建楼市长效机制

【摘要】:正2016年以来中国大中城市房价的快速上涨引发新一轮地方调控,随后中央提出须建立房地产市场发展的长效机制。本专题回顾我国房地产市场的发展历程,探讨房地产行业对于经济发展、城镇社会转型升级、金融改革和风险管理的意义与影响,以及如何通过建立长效机制来达到既抑制房地产泡沫,又防止房地产价格出现大起大落的目标。
[Abstract]:Since 2016, the rapid rise of housing prices in large and medium-sized cities in China has triggered a new round of local regulation and control. Then the central government put forward the need to establish a long-term mechanism for the development of the real estate market. This topic reviews the development of the real estate market in China, discusses the real estate industry for economic development, urban social transformation and upgrading. The significance and influence of financial reform and risk management, and how to establish a long-term mechanism to control the real estate bubble and prevent the real estate prices from fluctuating.
