国外食品安全监管的经验做法及启示

【摘要】：目前,食品安全已然成为全球范围内高度关注的公共安全问题。美国、加拿大等国家纷纷增强了食品安全监管工作,并开展了相关监管行动计划,进而促使本国食品安全控制体系更加完善。当前,我国食品安全监管法律法规不健全、检测技术落后及追溯体系不统一等问题非常凸显。基于此,本文对国外食品安全监管的做法进行了深入分析,指出了我国在食品监管中存在的问题,进而提出了完善我国食品安全监管的几点启示。
[Abstract]:At present, food safety has become a highly concerned public safety issue around the world. The United States, Canada and other countries have strengthened food safety supervision work and launched related regulatory action plans. At present, the laws and regulations of food safety supervision in our country are not perfect, the detection technology is backward and the traceability system is not unified, and so on. This paper makes a thorough analysis of the methods of food safety supervision abroad, points out the problems existing in the food supervision in China, and then puts forward some enlightenments on how to perfect the food safety supervision in our country.
