中国城镇化进程中城镇贫困人口规模的短期预测与影响因素研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来我国政府大力推进我国的城镇化建设。但是自1990年代以来,我国的城市贫困问题逐渐凸显并日趋严重,已经成为一个阻碍我国社会经济和谐稳定发展的一大问题。对此,本文将分别从城镇化发展、经济体制深化改革与城乡人口流动等方面重点研究城镇化进程中我国城市贫困群体的特点,从而对我国的城市贫困人口规模进行短期预测,并建立影响因素模型从多方面提出政策建议来控制我国城市贫困问题的严重程度。文章从国内外有关城市贫困群体文献理论的出发,提出城市贫困问题的概念定义,并对我国城市贫困群体进行界定。通过对我国城市贫困问题的现状及其特征进行现状描述,从构成、分布等方面分析该群体在我国下阶段深化经济改革,大力推进城镇化水平的过程中,出现的一系列的特征性质。然后从社会制度的变革和城市贫困群体自身素质等方面综合分析现阶段该群体的成因。并从社会、经济、家庭、个人等方面论述放任我国城市贫困问题蔓延下去的危害。之后本文通过对我国城市的绝对贫困和相对贫困群体的规模进行短期预测,来评价现阶段我国在治理城市贫困问题的成效。在通过建立我国城市贫困人口的影响因素模型来为本文最后提出政策建议给予一定相关的实证支持。我国长期以来把农村作为我国社会救济的焦点所在,更多地聚焦于如何引导我国农民能够顺利的脱贫致富,进而忽略了经济发展过程中逐渐出现并日趋扩大的存在于中国城市居民中的贫困问题。城市贫困已经严重影响到我国社会的稳定和发展,给未来中国城镇化进程的顺利推进带来巨大的挑战。因此,中国城市贫困的治理任重而道远。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, our government has vigorously promoted the construction of urbanization in our country. However, since the 1990s, the problem of urban poverty in our country has gradually become prominent and increasingly serious. It has become a major problem that hinders the harmonious and stable development of our country's social economy. In the aspects of deepening economic system reform and population mobility in urban and rural areas, the characteristics of urban poor groups in the process of urbanization are studied in order to predict the scale of urban poor population in China in the short term. Based on the domestic and foreign literature on urban poverty group, this paper puts forward the concept definition of urban poverty problem. Through the description of the present situation and characteristics of urban poverty in China, this paper analyzes the economic reform of this group in the next stage of our country from the aspects of composition, distribution and so on. In the process of vigorously promoting the level of urbanization, a series of characteristics have emerged. Then the causes of formation of this group at this stage are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of social system reform and the quality of the urban poor groups. And from the social, economic, and family aspects, The author discusses the harm of letting the problem of urban poverty spread in China. After that, this paper forecasts the scale of absolute poverty and relative poverty groups in Chinese cities in the short term. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of our country in tackling urban poverty at the present stage. Through the establishment of the influencing factors model of urban poverty population in China to give some relevant empirical support for the final policy recommendations of this paper. To take the countryside as the focal point of our country's social relief, More focused on how to guide our farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich. Furthermore, it ignores the poverty problem that gradually appears and expands in the process of economic development among Chinese urban residents. Urban poverty has seriously affected the social stability and development of our country. It will bring great challenges to the smooth progress of urbanization in China in the future. Therefore, the management of urban poverty in China has a long way to go.
