江西省新型城镇化水平测度及时空演变分析

【摘要】:转变经济发展方式是中国城镇化建设的主要方向,也是促进经济增长的重要决策。从以往的经验来看,城镇化多是以发展城市为主,不仅造成了产业结构的不合理,还造成了资源的枯竭,环境污染、城乡矛盾的不断激化。而新型城镇化则是在发展过程中坚持农业现代化和新型工业化相结合的发展新形势,它解决了过去传统的城镇化方式带来的像城乡差距等一些列城市问题,城镇化方式的转变为城镇化的可持续发展保驾护航。因此,走新型城镇化发展道路是发展我国城镇化事业的必然趋势。江西省是中国革命圣地,所以有中国“红土地”的美称,经济各方面的发展得到了国家的关注。可是,一直以来,江西的城镇化水平发展比较慢,在全国排名中,也处于中下水平。与全国其他地区相比,仍然存在比较大的差距,这也是为什么江西的“十二五”规划多次着重强调城镇化建设问题。因此,通过测算江西省城镇水平,发现问题,至关重要。本文结合江西省新型城镇化发展规划,从经济发展、居民生活、基础设施、生态环境、城乡协调5个方面建立新型城镇发展水平评价指标体系。基于2003-2015年江西省11个市的面板数据运用熵值法对其新型城镇化发展水平进行实证研究,发现江西新型城镇化水平发展区域不平衡,呈现“北高南低”的特点,总体上我们可以看到经济发展指标层的累积权重是最大的,对新型城镇化的边际效用是比较高的,而且发现各个指标层的权重都不一样。并利用ArcGis软件描述江西省新型城镇化发展水平的时间演变和空间集聚特征可以直观看到新型城镇化演变的时间进程,从中发现新型城镇化水平过程中存在的不足,提出江西省新型城镇化发展的建议。
[Abstract]:Changing the mode of economic development is the main direction of China's urbanization construction, and it is also an important decision to promote economic growth. It has also resulted in the depletion of resources, environmental pollution and the incessant intensification of contradictions between urban and rural areas. However, the new type of urbanization is a new development situation in which agricultural modernization and new industrialization are combined in the course of development. It solves some urban problems such as the gap between urban and rural areas brought about by the traditional urbanization methods in the past. The transformation of urbanization methods into the sustainable development of urbanization guarantees the escort. Taking a new way of urbanization is an inevitable trend for the development of urbanization in China. Jiangxi Province is the sacred site of the Chinese revolution, so there is a laudable name for China's "Red Earth", and the development of all aspects of the economy has received the attention of the state. However, all along, The level of urbanization in Jiangxi is relatively slow, and in the national ranking, it is also at the middle and lower levels. Compared with other regions in the country, there is still a relatively large gap. This is also why the 12th Five-Year Plan of Jiangxi has emphasized the problem of urbanization construction many times. Therefore, it is very important to discover problems by measuring the level of cities and towns in Jiangxi Province. From the economic development, residents' life, infrastructure, ecological environment, Based on the panel data of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province from 2003 to 2015, the paper makes an empirical study on the development level of new urbanization based on the entropy method. It is found that the development of new urbanization level in Jiangxi is unbalanced, showing the characteristics of "north high and south low". On the whole, we can see that the cumulative weight of economic development index layer is the largest, and the marginal utility of new type urbanization is relatively high. It is also found that the weight of each index layer is different, and the temporal evolution and spatial agglomeration characteristics of the new urbanization development level in Jiangxi Province can be seen directly by using ArcGis software. Some suggestions on the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi province are put forward.
