交通流变化下考虑油耗的多车型车辆路径优化研究

【摘要】:随着资源短缺、环境污染等问题的日益凸显,节能、绿色等发展理念越来越受到人们的重视。这也引起了各物流企业对配送中车辆油耗问题的关注。一方面,企业需要考虑到在配送过程中影响车辆油耗的各个因素,在各种条件的约束下对配送路径进行安排,以降低企业成本、提高竞争力;另一方面,考虑车辆油耗问题有利于企业承担起节约资源、保护环境的社会责任。基于此,本文考虑到交通流及车型对车辆油耗的影响,同时探讨了当客户存在模糊需求时路径优化结果的变化情况,在特定偏好值下寻求最优的配送方案。论文首先对国内外研究现状及现实配送情况进行梳理总结,分析了其中存在的主要问题。论述了物流配送及车辆路径问题相关理论。其次,分析了车辆油耗的影响因素,考虑了车辆载重量、行驶速度、距离、交通流及车型五个因素对车辆油耗的影响,修正了车辆油耗测算模型。同时考虑客户需求的模糊性,依据模糊集及可信性理论,建立了以车辆固定使用成本及车辆油耗成本(包括计划油耗成本和额外油耗成本)之和最小为目标的模糊机会约束模型。再次,将突变思想引入到遗传算法中,设计了突变遗传算法。最后,通过算例分析结果表明,决策者的主观偏好对成本具有重要影响,应选择合理的主观偏好值以达到成本最小的目的。在特定偏好值下,本文所得配送方案能降低配送成本,提高车辆实载率。
[Abstract]:With the shortage of resources, environmental pollution and other problems increasingly prominent, energy conservation, green and other development concepts have been paid more and more attention to. This has also caused the logistics enterprises to pay attention to the problem of vehicle fuel consumption in distribution. On the one hand, Enterprises need to consider the factors that affect vehicle fuel consumption in the process of distribution, and arrange the distribution path under the constraints of various conditions, in order to reduce the cost of enterprises and improve competitiveness; on the other hand, Considering the problem of vehicle fuel consumption is helpful for enterprises to assume the social responsibility of saving resources and protecting the environment. Based on this, this paper considers the influence of traffic flow and vehicle type on vehicle fuel consumption. At the same time, the paper discusses the change of the path optimization results when the customer has fuzzy demand, and seeks the optimal distribution scheme under the specific preference value. Firstly, the paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research status and the actual distribution situation. The main problems are analyzed. The related theories of logistics distribution and vehicle routing are discussed. Secondly, the influencing factors of vehicle fuel consumption are analyzed, and the vehicle load, speed and distance are considered. The influence of five factors of traffic flow and vehicle type on vehicle fuel consumption is revised, and the calculation model of vehicle fuel consumption is revised. Considering the fuzziness of customer demand, according to the theory of fuzzy set and credibility, A fuzzy opportunity constraint model is established, which aims at the minimum sum of vehicle fixed usage cost and vehicle fuel consumption cost (including planned fuel consumption cost and extra fuel consumption cost). Thirdly, the mutation idea is introduced into genetic algorithm. A mutation genetic algorithm is designed. Finally, the result of example analysis shows that the decision maker's subjective preference has an important effect on the cost, and a reasonable subjective preference value should be selected to achieve the goal of minimizing the cost. In this paper, the distribution scheme can reduce the cost of distribution and improve the vehicle load rate.
