【摘要】：正近期,广州市提出的"租购同权"引发了市场广泛关注,中山、沈阳等城市也明确跟进"租购同权"。住建部有关负责人称将通过立法,明确租赁当事人的权利义务,逐步使租房居民在基本公共服务方面与买房居民享有同等待遇。这更加激发了市场对"租购同权"的热烈讨论。
