我国建立社会主义市场经济体制应注意的几个问题

【摘要】：研究社会主义市场经济问题是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重要内容。建立社会主义市场经济体制必须划清马克思主义与新自由主义的界限,对于社会主义市场经济认识的分歧必须运用马克思主义政治经济学基本原理给予正确回答。市场经济问题的讨论应该以邓小平理论为指导,正确认识到市场经济是发展生产的方法、调节经济的手段。市场经济必然要同一定的社会基本经济制度相结合。公有制可以与市场经济相结合;公有制实现形式是公有制与市场经济结合的关键;市场经济改革不等于公有制私有化。市场经济应该服从于、服务于基本经济制度。社会主义市场经济体制不能照搬西方的市场经济,社会主义市场经济发展必须把市场的作用与政府的作用结合起来。
[Abstract]:To study the issue of socialist market economy is an important part of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To establish a socialist market economy system, we must draw a clear line between Marxism and neoliberalism. The differences in understanding of the socialist market economy must be correctly answered by applying the basic principles of Marxist political economy. The discussion on the issue of market economy should be guided by Deng Xiaoping's theory. Correctly realize that market economy is the way to develop production and adjust economy, market economy must be combined with certain social basic economic system, public ownership can be combined with market economy; The realization of public ownership is the key to the combination of public ownership and market economy; the reform of market economy is not equal to privatization of public ownership. To serve the basic economic system, the socialist market economic system cannot copy the western market economy, and the development of the socialist market economy must combine the role of the market with that of the government.
