改革开放初期北京安置待业青年与多种经济形式的起步

【摘要】：以待业青年为主的就业安置问题有着深厚的历史背景。在改革开放初期,成为必须解决的重大社会问题。在解决这一问题的过程中,中央政策被不断调整,逐步走向改革。北京市积极贯彻中央精神,从调查研究入手,逐步理顺生产关系,释放社会活力,推动多种经济形式并存、发展,促使劳动就业观念和制度开始转变,较为稳妥地解决了城市待业青年的安置就业问题。同时,还调整、优化了就业结构和产业结构。
[Abstract]:The problem of employment placement, mainly among unemployed young people, has a deep historical background. In the early stage of reform and opening up, it became a major social problem that must be solved. In the process of solving this problem, the central government policy was constantly adjusted. Step by step towards reform. Beijing is actively implementing the spirit of the Central Committee, starting with investigation and research, gradually straightening out production relations, releasing social vitality, promoting the coexistence of various economic forms, and developing, so as to make the concept and system of labor employment begin to change. At the same time, the employment structure and industrial structure are adjusted and optimized.
