基于现代制造业企业需求的高职院校毕业生就业质量提升策略研究

【摘要】:为改变我国制造业大而不强、核心竞争力弱的现状,缩小与发达国家在产业结构与质量效益等方面的差距,我国政府于2015年提出实施“中国制造2025”战略,由制造业大国向制造业强国迈进。大力发展现代制造业企业,是落实这一战略的重要举措,而培养大批技能型人才是关键。高等职业院校承担着培养企业一线生产、建设、服务、管理人才的重要职责,面对产业转型升级背景下,现代制造业企业对大批高素质技术技能人才的迫切需求,有必要针对高等职业院校毕业生就业质量提升策略进行研究。本论文主要由三部分构成:第一部分:分析了在“中国制造2025”背景下企业对高职毕业生的新要求,从企业人力资源结构的改变切入认为企业越来越重视技术技能型人才,企业对入职员工上岗能力与时间,以及对毕业生自信心、沟通以及团队协作能力提出了新要求,还分析了要实现“中国制造2025”还须增强学生创新创业能力。第二部分:主要是以江西某高职院校为例,对其2013—2016届毕业生进行调查的基础上完成就业质量情况分析。笔者参照前人研究成果并结合高职教育特点设计了相关问卷,依照霍兰德人职匹配理论分析了该校毕业生就业质量的现状与具体表现。此外,笔者还调研访谈了部分制造业企业人力资源管理部门,了解企业的技术技能人力资源需求和管理现状。第三部分:对高职院校毕业生就业质量构成因素进行了分析,从不同主体的角度出发,分析了政府部门、用人单位、高职院校、毕业生自身等方面的问题,根据能力素质模型与核心竞争力理论探寻提升就业质量的各种措施,从而更好促进高职院校就业工作,服务“中国制造2025”。
[Abstract]:In order to change the present situation of large and weak manufacturing industry and weak core competitiveness, and narrow the gap between China and developed countries in industrial structure and quality benefit, our government put forward the strategy of "made in China 2025" in 2015. The development of modern manufacturing enterprises is an important measure to carry out this strategy, and cultivating a large number of skilled personnel is the key. Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading, modern manufacturing enterprises are in urgent need of a large number of high-quality technical and skilled personnel. It is necessary to study the strategy of improving the employment quality of graduates in higher vocational colleges and universities. This thesis is composed of three parts: part one: it analyzes the new requirements of higher vocational graduates under the background of "made in China 2025". From the change of enterprise human resource structure, it is believed that enterprises pay more and more attention to technical talents, and the enterprises have put forward new requirements on the ability and time of entering staff, as well as on graduates' self-confidence, communication and team cooperation ability. It also analyzes how to realize "made in China 2025" and how to enhance students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. The second part: take a vocational college in Jiangxi province as an example. Based on the investigation of the class of 2013-2016 graduates, the author has completed the analysis of the quality of employment. According to the previous research results and combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education, the author has designed a questionnaire. According to Holland's theory of job matching, this paper analyzes the present situation and concrete performance of graduates' employment quality. In addition, the author also investigates and interviews some human resources management departments of manufacturing enterprises. The third part analyzes the factors that constitute the employment quality of graduates in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the government departments, employing units, higher vocational colleges and universities from the perspective of different subjects. According to the ability quality model and the core competence theory, this paper explores various measures to improve the quality of employment in order to promote the employment of higher vocational colleges and serve "made in China 2025".
