内蒙古木材资源枯竭型城市牙克石市的产业转型问题研究

【摘要】：建国初期,为了满足国家的国防建设和经济建设,逐渐的兴起了许多资源型城市,这些城市中的自然资源不断地被开采,最终成为资源枯竭型城市。而木材资源型城市为了满足国家对木材的需求应运而生,随着木材资源不断的被开采逐步的发展成为木材资源枯竭型城市。在当今可持续发展和循环经济的条件下,我们利用可持续发展和循环经济的相关理念,对这些资源枯竭型城市产业转型进行指导。而本文的牙克石市正是木材资源枯竭型城市的代表,内蒙古牙克石市产业转型过程中所面临的问题在大兴安岭林区其他城市或旗县也同样面临。故此,研究和解决牙克石市的产业转型问题木材资源枯竭型城市的产业转型具有重要意义。本文利用文献分析、对比研究以及社会调查等方法确定我国木材资源枯竭型城市应走政府主导和市场调节结合、产业复合化的产业转型发展道路,利用数据对牙克石市的产业转型现状进行分析,因子分析对牙克石市的产业转型进行实证分析,得出结论并提出对策,对国内的其他木材资源枯竭型城市的产业转型提供一定的借鉴。本文总共分为五章,第一章绪论主要是介绍了一下研究背景和选题意义,国内外对资源枯竭型城市的研究现状,并对自己的研究指出创新和不足;第二章介绍了资源枯竭型城市产业结构概述,主要包括两部分,其一介绍了资源枯竭型城市的概念,其二就是介绍了木材资源枯竭型城市的产业转型发展模式的选择,为我国的木材资源枯竭型城市的产业转型发展模式选择提供建议;第三章介绍了牙克石市的概况以及产业转型的过程,重点介绍了牙克石市区位以及资源状况,牙克石市的产业转型的过程,为后文做铺垫;第四章也是本文的重点,利用相关的数据对其产业转型的现状进行分析,并且利用因子分析对牙克石市的产业转型进行实证分析;第五章本文的结论和对策的提出,根据第四部分的分析得出结论,并根据全文,对牙克石市的产业转型提出对策,可以更好的进行转型。本文是木材资源枯竭型城市的产业转型过程分析,这对我国的其他木材资源枯竭型城市的产业转型提供一定的借鉴经验。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, in order to satisfy the national defense construction and economic construction, many resource-based cities emerged gradually. The natural resources of these cities were exploited constantly, and finally became the resource-exhausted cities.In order to meet the country's demand for wood, timber resource-based cities emerge as the times require, and with the continuous exploitation of timber resources, they are gradually developed into wood resource-exhausted cities.Under the condition of sustainable development and circular economy, we use the concepts of sustainable development and circular economy to guide the industrial transformation of these resource-exhausted cities.The Yakeshi city in this paper is the representative of the wood resource exhausted city, and the problems in the process of industrial transformation of Yakeshi city in Inner Mongolia are also faced in other cities or flag counties in Daxinganling forest area.Therefore, it is of great significance to study and solve the industrial transformation of Yakeshi city.In this paper, by means of literature analysis, comparative study and social investigation, it is determined that China's timber resource exhausted cities should take the road of industrial transformation and development with combination of government and market regulation.Using the data to analyze the current situation of the industrial transformation of Yakeshi City, factor analysis of the industrial transformation of Yakeshi City empirical analysis, draw a conclusion and put forward countermeasures,It provides some reference for the industrial transformation of other wood resource exhausted cities in China.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and the significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research on resource-exhausted cities, and points out the innovation and insufficiency of their own research;The second chapter introduces an overview of the industrial structure of resource-exhausted cities, which includes two parts. One is the concept of resource-exhausted cities, the other is the choice of industrial transformation and development mode of wood resource-exhausted cities.The third chapter introduces the general situation of Yakeshi City and the process of industrial transformation, especially the location and resource situation of Yakeshi City.The fourth chapter is also the focus of this paper, using the relevant data to analyze the current situation of the industrial transformation of Yakeshi City, and using factor analysis to analyze the industrial transformation of Yakeshi City.The fifth chapter of the conclusions and countermeasures proposed, according to the analysis of the fourth part of the conclusion, and according to the full text, to put forward countermeasures for the industrial transformation of Yakeshi City, can better carry out the transformation.This paper is an analysis of the industrial transformation process of wood resource exhausted cities, which provides some reference experience for the industrial transformation of other wood resource exhausted cities in China.
