煤化工基地物流装备资源配置优化研究

【摘要】:我国是世界上少数几个以煤炭为主要能源的国家之一,“富煤、贫油、少气”的能源结构决定了我们要努力发展煤化工产业。近年来,煤化工行业的发展备受国家和社会的关注,煤化工呈现集约化发展趋势,形成了多个煤化工基地。煤化工物流在煤化工基地发展中的作用逐渐凸显出来,如何利用现代化的物流技术手段,在保证基地物流活动正常运营的前提下降低物流成本,提高经济效益成为一个非常值得关注的问题。煤化工基地以煤炭资源作为主要原料大规模输入,其物流成本在煤化工产品生产总成本中占有很高比重。一方面,将大规模的煤炭原料高效运入基地,对保证各项目正常生产具有重要意义;另一方面,输入煤炭物流作为物流成本的重要组成部分,对降低产品的成本具有重要作用。基地中物流装备资源作为物流活动的载体,其合理配置不仅可以提高物流作业效率,还可以提高企业的经济效益。论文在研究煤化工物流和物流资源配置问题现状的基础上,以大型煤化工基地物流装备资源为研究对象,以基地输入煤炭物流过程作为研究范围,建立了以物流装备作业成本为目标物流装备资源配置模型,采用差分进化算法对问题进行求解,结合实际案例得出基地物流装备资源配置建议方案。论文完成的具体内容如下:(1)研究分析了物流装备及物流装备资源配置的要素,结合煤化工物流及物流装备资源特点,针对煤化工基地物流装备资源配置优化问题,建立了以成本为目标的数学模型,将工程问题转化成为数学问题。(2)通过分析比较装备资源配置模型的特点及各种求解方法的优缺点,针对所建模型的特点,选择了差分进化算法对物流装备资源配置问题进行求解。通过改变差分进化算法初始种群的产生方式,改进变异、交叉操作,改善了该算法的求解性能,用测试函数验证了改进效果的有效性。(3)针对西北某大型煤化工基地实际工程案例,运用改进的差分进化算法对煤化工基地输入煤炭物流过程中的装备资源配置问题进行优化仿真计算,并对优化前后的装备资源配置方案进行对比。结果表明,优化后煤化工基地物流装备资源配置方案成本低于原配置方案,同时给出了基地未来项目建设物流装备资源配置建议方案,对企业的装备资源配置具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:China is one of the few countries in the world where coal is the main energy source. The energy structure of "rich coal, lean oil and less gas" determines that we should strive to develop coal chemical industry.In recent years, the development of coal chemical industry has attracted the attention of the country and the society. The coal chemical industry presents a trend of intensive development, forming a number of coal chemical bases.The role of coal chemical logistics in the development of coal chemical base is gradually prominent. How to use modern logistics technology means to reduce logistics cost under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of base logistics activities,Raising economic benefits has become a very noteworthy problem.The coal chemical base takes coal resources as the main raw material and its logistics cost occupies a high proportion in the total production cost of coal chemical products.On the one hand, it is of great significance to transport large scale coal raw materials into the base efficiently. On the other hand, as an important part of logistics cost, input coal logistics plays an important role in reducing the cost of products.As the carrier of logistics activities, the reasonable allocation of logistics equipment resources in the base can not only improve the efficiency of logistics operations, but also improve the economic benefits of enterprises.On the basis of studying the current situation of coal chemical logistics and logistics resource allocation, this paper takes the logistics equipment resources of large coal chemical base as the research object, and takes the input coal logistics process as the research scope.A logistics equipment resource allocation model is established with the cost of logistics equipment activity as the target. The differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the problem. Combined with practical cases, the proposed scheme of logistics equipment resource allocation is obtained.The specific contents of the thesis are as follows: 1) the paper studies and analyzes the elements of logistics equipment and logistics equipment resource allocation, combining with the characteristics of coal chemical industry logistics and logistics equipment resources, aiming at the optimization of logistics equipment resource allocation in coal chemical industry base.A mathematical model with the goal of cost is established, and the engineering problem is transformed into a mathematical problem. (2) by analyzing and comparing the characteristics of the equipment resource allocation model and the advantages and disadvantages of various solving methods, aiming at the characteristics of the established model,The differential evolutionary algorithm is selected to solve the problem of logistics equipment resource allocation.By changing the way of initial population generation of differential evolution algorithm and improving mutation and crossover operation, the solution performance of the algorithm is improved.Test function is used to verify the effectiveness of the improvement. (3) aiming at the actual project case of a large coal chemical base in Northwest China,The improved differential evolution algorithm is used to optimize the equipment resource allocation in the process of coal logistics input from coal chemical base, and the equipment resource allocation scheme before and after optimization is compared.The results show that the cost of the optimized logistics equipment allocation scheme is lower than that of the original configuration scheme. At the same time, the proposed scheme of logistics equipment resource allocation for the future project of the base is given.It has certain guidance and reference function to the equipment resource allocation of the enterprise.
