日本东海道新干线对城市群人口和产业的影响及启示

【摘要】：随着城际铁路在城市群内发展,其对城市群内产业和人口布局的影响值得关注。以历史文献和现实数据为基础,文章分析了日本东海道新干线发展与沿线城市产业和人口变化。分析表明,日本东海道新干线重塑了沿线城市的区位性能,推动了沿线城市向以服务业为主的第三产业发展,促使人口从向三个都市圈聚集到局部扩散,最终又向东京都市圈集聚。文章主张汲取东海道案例的经验,合理定义与划分高速铁路、城际铁路及通勤铁路的功能边界,更好地完善铁路网并为城市群的构建与发展服务。
[Abstract]:With the development of intercity railway in urban agglomeration, its influence on industry and population distribution in urban agglomeration is worthy of attention.Based on historical documents and practical data, this paper analyzes the development of the Shinkansen line in Dongkaido, Japan, and the changes of urban industry and population along the route.The analysis shows that Japan's Dongkaido Shinkansen has reshaped the location performance of the cities along the route, promoted the development of the cities along the route to the tertiary industry dominated by the service industry, and promoted the population to gather in three metropolitan areas and spread locally.Finally, to the Tokyo metropolitan area agglomeration.This paper proposes to draw on the experience of Dongkaido case, reasonably define and divide the functional boundary of high-speed railway, inter-city railway and commuter railway, perfect the railway network and serve for the construction and development of urban agglomeration.
