鹰潭市新型城镇化建设路径研究

【摘要】：城镇化水平代表着一个国家或地区的经济发展状态,从工业革命爆发开始,城镇化便正式进入人们的视野,随着几百年的发展,现今几乎已成为一种发展趋势。中国在经历了几十年的传统城镇化高速发展之后,迎来了探索城乡发展新道路的新型城镇化。新型城镇化是针对传统城镇化所带来的问题,寻求解决途径,保障城市长期、稳定、健康持续的发展方式。鹰潭市作为江西省的重要城市之一,有着“世界铜都”之称,同时又是鄱阳湖生态经济圈的中心城市之一,在交通枢纽上,又是我国中、西部地域进入海西经济区核心区的必经之路,具有海西经济区的“门户”区位优势。在拥有良好的发展背景优势下,对探索其新型城镇化路径具有一定辅助意义。就目前来看,虽然鹰潭市的城镇化水平略高于江西省平均水平,但离其他重点城市尚有一定距离,总体来说,城镇化水平较低,发展较落后。因此,如何选择适合鹰潭市的新型城镇化道路来促进鹰潭市全域更好的发展是本文研究的主要目的。本文首先指出研究的背景和意义,探究国内外对城镇化的理论研究,探究新型城镇化发展的理论依据,总结分析新型城镇化的基本含义及相关理论基础。然后回顾鹰潭市过去几年城镇化建设情况,指出城镇化建设过程中取得的部分成就和出现的问题:发展较为分散,产业发展单一,产城不协调。继而分析国内外城镇化的发展经验,通过列举有代表性的国家、城市或区域的城镇化成功与失败的原因,从中得到新型城镇化发展的经验启示。最后,根据鹰潭市发展现状,学习国内外发展经验,提出适合于鹰潭市的新型城镇化路径。
[Abstract]:The level of urbanization represents the state of economic development of a country or region. Since the outbreak of the Industrial Revolution, urbanization has formally entered people's vision. With the development of several hundred years, it has become a trend of development.After decades of rapid development of traditional urbanization, China welcomes a new type of urbanization to explore the new way of urban and rural development.Aiming at the problems brought by traditional urbanization, new urbanization is to seek solutions to ensure the long-term, stable, healthy and sustainable development of the city.As one of the most important cities in Jiangxi Province, Yingtan City is known as the "copper capital of the world" and is also one of the central cities in Poyang Lake ecological economic circle.The only way for the western region to enter the core area of the Hercynian Economic Zone is the "gateway" location advantage of the Hercynian Economic Zone.With the advantage of good development background, it has certain auxiliary significance to explore its new urbanization path.At present, although the level of urbanization in Yingtan City is slightly higher than the average level in Jiangxi Province, there is still a certain distance from other key cities. In general, the level of urbanization is relatively low and the development is relatively backward.Therefore, how to choose a new urbanization road suitable for Yingtan City to promote the better development of the whole area of Yingtan City is the main purpose of this paper.This paper first points out the background and significance of the research, probes into the theoretical research on urbanization at home and abroad, probes into the theoretical basis for the development of new-type urbanization, and summarizes and analyzes the basic meaning and relevant theoretical basis of new-type urbanization.Then the author reviews the construction of urbanization in Yingtan city in the past few years, and points out some achievements and problems in the process of urbanization construction: the development is more dispersed, the industry development is single, and the production city is not coordinated.Then it analyzes the development experience of urbanization at home and abroad, lists the reasons for the success and failure of urbanization in representative countries, cities or regions, and draws inspiration from the experience of the development of new urbanization.Finally, according to the present situation of Yingtan city, study the development experience at home and abroad, and put forward a new urbanization path suitable for Yingtan city.
