政府、旅游企业和旅游消费者的演化博弈分析——基于低碳视角

【摘要】:旅游人数的不断增长和旅游业的快速发展,导致旅游业产生的碳排放不断上升,如何缓解旅游业中的碳排放,发展低碳旅游成为研究的重点。文章构建了由政府、旅游企业和旅游消费者三个主体组成的模型,对三者在演化博弈中的决策进行分析,研究影响每个主体决策的因素,以及如何培养旅游消费者低碳出行、引导其进行低碳消费,以期为我国旅游业的低碳化发展提供参考。研究结果表明,企业与旅游消费者的决策是互相影响的,政府合理设置对旅游消费者与企业的补贴、罚金,能有效提高旅游消费者和企业参与低碳旅游的积极性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of tourism population and the rapid development of tourism, the carbon emissions generated by tourism are rising. How to reduce the carbon emissions in tourism and develop low-carbon tourism has become the focus of research.This paper constructs a model composed of three main bodies: government, tourism enterprises and tourism consumers, analyzes their decisions in evolutionary game, studies the factors that affect each subject's decision, and how to train tourism consumers to travel with low carbon.To guide its low-carbon consumption, in order to provide a reference for the development of low-carbon tourism in China.The research results show that enterprises and tourism consumers influence each other in their decisions, and the government can effectively increase the enthusiasm of tourism consumers and enterprises to participate in low-carbon tourism by setting reasonable subsidies and fines to tourism consumers and enterprises.
