山西省新型城镇化与旅游业协同发展研究

【摘要】：新型城镇化和旅游业作为社会经济发展中两个重要的子系统,它们的协同发展对于推动地区经济发展意义重大。目前,针对新型城镇化与旅游业协同发展的研究文献较少,多数侧重于相互关系的研究,缺乏对协同发展机理和实践路径的深入探讨。因此,本文将基于系统论、协同论等相关理论,从新型城镇化与旅游业协同发展内涵、基本内容和作用机制来把握新型城镇化与旅游业的协同发展机理。同时,本文将通过构建新型城镇化与旅游业协同发展综合评价指标体系,对山西省11个地市地区2005-2014年的新型城镇化与旅游业协同发展水平进行定量分析。结果表明,在山西省11个地市地区中,新型城镇化与旅游业协同发展存在着“高-高”、“高-低”和“低-低”的现象,并且各地市地区的协同发展水平差异较大。参照廖崇斌的协同度等级划分标准,将计算结果划分为失同类A1和协同类A2。2005-2014年,山西省11个地市地区新型城镇化与旅游业协同发展水平均呈现上升趋势。其中,太原和晋中地区协同发展水平最高,一直处于协同类A2,吕梁地区协同发展水平最低,一直处于失同类A1,其它地区协同发展水平均发生了明显变化,由2005年失同类A1上升到2014年协同类A2。截止2014年,山西省11个地市地区中,除了吕梁地区仍处于失同类A1之外,其它10个地市均已处于协同类A2。此外,本文针对山西省晋北、晋中、晋南和晋东南地区新型城镇化与旅游业协同发展水平的具体情况,提出了晋北、晋中、晋南和晋东南地区新型城镇化与旅游业协同发展的实践路径,这也是本文的创新之一。
[Abstract]:As two important subsystems of social and economic development, new urbanization and tourism are of great significance for promoting regional economic development. At present, there are few researches on the cooperative development of new urbanization and tourism, most of them focus on the relationship between them, and lack of in-depth discussion on the mechanism and practical path of cooperative development. Therefore, based on the related theories such as system theory and synergetic theory, this paper will grasp the cooperative development mechanism of new-type urbanization and tourism from the connotation, basic content and function mechanism of new-type urbanization and tourism co-development. At the same time, by constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of new urbanization and tourism coordinated development, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the level of new urbanization and tourism coordinated development in 11 prefectures of Shanxi Province from 2005 to 2014. The results show that there are "high-high", "high-low" and "low-low" phenomena in the coordinated development of new urbanization and tourism in 11 prefectures of Shanxi province. According to Liao Chongbin's criterion of coordination degree, the result is divided into lost A1 and A2.2005-2014. The level of new urbanization and tourism synergistic development in 11 cities of Shanxi Province is on the rise. Among them, Taiyuan and Jinzhong regions have the highest level of synergistic development, which has always been in the synergistic category A2, Lv Liang region has the lowest level of coordinated development, has been in the loss of the same kind of A1, and the level of other areas of synergistic development has changed obviously. From 2005 lost A 1 to 2014 synergistic A 2. As of 2014, 10 of Shanxi's 11 prefectures were in synergistic A2 except Lv Liang, which was still in the same category of A1. In addition, according to the specific situation of the new urbanization and tourism coordinated development in the north, middle, south and southeast areas of Shanxi Province, this paper puts forward the specific situation of the north of Shanxi and the middle of Shanxi. It is also one of the innovations of this paper that the new urbanization and tourism coordinated development in the south and southeast of Shanxi.
