博弈论视角下的我国食品安全问题研究

【摘要】：“国以民为本,民以食为天”,食品安全一直都是世界各国十分关注的热点话题。近两年,我国食品安全总体呈现出“逐渐转好,总体稳定”的发展趋势,但是时有发生的食品安全问题事件依然给国家和政府敲响了警钟,我国的食品安全现状仍然不容乐观,食品安全问题依然存在。本文将以博弈论作为分析工具,通过对我国食品安全问题中的三个主要参与者——政府、食品生产企业、消费者之间的行为策略进行博弈论分析,找到我国食品安全问题产生的原因,并针对原因提出有效治理我国食品安全问题的相关对策。我国食品安全问题的产生是政府、食品生产企业、消费者等多方面因素共同造成的,食品生产企业是食品安全问题产生的源头,政府的监管不力给了其可乘之机,而消费者维权意识的淡薄也助长了其提供不安全食品的嚣张气焰。本文分为四大部分:第一部分是绪论,主要对研究的背景、目的意义、国内外研究现状以及理论依据进行了梳理;第二部分是对我国食品安全现状和食品安全问题产生的原因进行了概述;第三部分是本文的重点,通过对食品生产企业之间,食品生产企业与消费者之间,政府、食品生产企业、消费者三者之间的行为策略进行了博弈论分析,并且结合分析结果解释了我国食品安全问题事件发生的原因;第四部分是针对利用博弈论模型分析出的我国食品安全问题产生的原因,提出治理我国食品安全问题的对策。食品安全是关乎民生大计、国家安定的永恒话题,保证我国食品安全是每个消费者的夙愿,只有依靠食品安全中政府、食品生产企业、消费者等各个主体的共同参与和努力,才能改善我国食品安全现状,保障我国食品安全,使得我国消费者都能享受到安全健康的食品。
[Abstract]:Food safety has always been a hot topic all over the world. In the past two years, food safety in our country has shown a trend of "gradual improvement and overall stability". However, the incidents of food safety problems that occur from time to time still sound the alarm to the state and the government, and the current situation of food safety in our country is still not optimistic. Food safety remains a problem. In this paper, the game theory is used as an analytical tool to analyze the behavior strategies among the three main participants in the food safety problems in China-government, food production enterprises, and consumers. To find out the causes of food safety problems in China, and to put forward the relevant countermeasures to effectively control the food safety problems in China. The emergence of food safety problems in China is caused by the government, food production enterprises, consumers and other factors. Food production enterprises are the source of food safety problems, and the lack of government supervision gives them an opportunity to take advantage of them. The weak awareness of consumer rights also contributed to the arrogance of providing unsafe food. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly to the research background, the purpose significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation as well as the theoretical basis has carried on the comb; The second part is an overview of the current situation of food safety in China and the causes of food safety problems. The third part is the focus of this paper, through the food production enterprises, food production enterprises and consumers, the government, The behavior strategies of food production enterprises and consumers are analyzed by game theory, and the reasons of food safety problems in China are explained with the results of the analysis. The fourth part is to analyze the reasons of food safety problems in China by using game theory model, and put forward the countermeasures to solve the food safety problems in China. Food safety is an eternal topic concerning people's livelihood and national stability. It is every consumer's long-cherished wish to ensure food safety in our country. It is only dependent on the joint participation and efforts of the government, food production enterprises, consumers and other main bodies in food safety. Only in order to improve the present situation of food safety in our country, ensure the food safety of our country, make our consumers can enjoy safe and healthy food.
