【摘要】：正"城中村"是我国城市化变迁中的一种特有现象,其实质是城乡二元结构下农村被动城市化的产物。作为"都市里的乡村","城中村"已经严重影响到城市整体功能的发挥,影响到新型城镇化的深入推进,对"城中村"进行改造已是当务之急。作为"过渡型社区""发展型社区","城中村"社区治理相较于一般城市社区治理或农村社区治理,其牵扯的利益更加多元,面临的矛盾更加复杂。在治理过程中,必须发挥基层党组织的领导核心作用,尊重人民群众的主体地位;坚持以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共
[Abstract]:The "village in the city" is a special phenomenon in the urbanization change of our country, and its essence is the product of the rural passive urbanization under the dual structure of urban and rural areas.
