产城融合提升辽宁省新型城镇化质量研究

【摘要】：新型城镇化是以城乡一体化、产城互动、节约集约、生态宜居、和谐发展为发展目标的城镇化。新型城镇化的发展加快了产业结构的转型,推动了区域发展,是保持经济健康发展的引擎,是我国经济结构调整的必然选择,也是辽宁省转变传统经济发展模式,寻求新的经济发展模式的必然选择。改革开放以来,辽宁城镇化建设取得较大成就,然而在快速城镇化过程中也出现了一些问题,诸如:产业关联度不高,城镇化区域发展不平衡,半城镇化等一系列产业、城市、人之间的城镇化问题,严重影响了城镇化质量。而产城融合的发展,即产业与城市的融合发展,强调通过产业、城市、人三者之间相互融合,进而实现城市与产业的良性循环。研究产城融合的发展,对解决现阶段辽宁省新型城镇化发展过程中的问题,进一步促进辽宁省城镇化质量,具有重要的理论与现实意义。全文共分了正文五章及结论六个部分。第一部分绪言,介绍了选题背景及意义,包括国内外有关“城镇化”及“产城融合”的相关研究,对相关研究文献进行了梳理;并指出了本论文研究的主要内容及方法。第二部分为相关概念及理论基础,一方面涵盖了新型城镇化及新型城镇化质量内涵,产城融合及产城融合内涵的理解,并提出了本文对于城镇化及城镇化质量发展及产城融内涵的理解;另一方面介绍了产城融合对新型城镇化质量的作用机理。第三部分,首先对辽宁省新型城镇化及产城融合的现状进行了分析,再对辽宁省新型城镇化发展及产城融合发展现存的主要问题进行梳理。第四部分是本章的重点,利用SPSS17.0的因子分析法确定辽宁省新型城镇化质量测度体系,后用熵值法对新型城镇化质量进行相关评价。通过对辽宁省14个城市新型城镇化质量的评价结果分析城镇化现存的问题及产城融合对辽宁省城镇化质量的影响。第五部分,在分析了产城融合对辽宁省新型城镇化质量的影响的前提下,提出加快产城融合提升辽宁省新型城镇化质量的相关对策。第六部分是论文的结论部分。
[Abstract]:The new type of urbanization is the urbanization which takes the integration of urban and rural areas, the interaction of production and city, the saving and intensive, the ecological livability and the harmonious development as the development goal. The development of new urbanization accelerates the transformation of industrial structure, promotes regional development, is the engine to maintain healthy economic development, is the inevitable choice for the adjustment of China's economic structure, and is also the transformation of traditional economic development model in Liaoning Province. The inevitable choice of seeking new economic development model. Since the reform and opening up, Liaoning has made great achievements in urbanization construction. However, in the process of rapid urbanization, there are also some problems, such as the low degree of industrial correlation, the unbalanced development of urbanization regions, the semi-urbanization and a series of industries, cities, etc. Urbanization between people, seriously affected the quality of urbanization. The development of the integration of industry and city, that is, the integration of industry and city, emphasizes the integration of industry, city and people, and then realizes the virtuous circle of city and industry. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development of the integration of production and city, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to solve the problems in the process of new urbanization development in Liaoning Province at present and to further promote the quality of urbanization in Liaoning Province. The thesis consists of five chapters and six parts. The first part of the introduction introduces the background and significance of the topic, including domestic and foreign related research on "urbanization" and "integration of industries and cities", combed the relevant research literature, and pointed out the main contents and methods of this paper. The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis. On the one hand, it covers the connotation of new urbanization and the quality of new urbanization, the integration of industry and city, and the understanding of the connotation of integration of industry and city. It also puts forward the understanding of urbanization and the development of urbanization quality and the connotation of production and city finance, on the other hand, it introduces the mechanism of the integration of industry and city on the quality of new urbanization. The third part firstly analyzes the current situation of new urbanization and integration of production and city in Liaoning Province and then combs the main problems existing in the development of new urbanization and integration of production and city in Liaoning Province. The fourth part is the focus of this chapter, using the factor analysis method of SPSS17.0 to determine the new urbanization quality measurement system in Liaoning Province, and then using entropy method to evaluate the new urbanization quality. Based on the evaluation results of the new urbanization quality in 14 cities of Liaoning Province, the problems existing in urbanization and the influence of the integration of production and city on the urbanization quality of Liaoning Province are analyzed. In the fifth part, on the premise of analyzing the influence of the integration of production and city on the quality of new urbanization in Liaoning Province, the author puts forward some relevant countermeasures to accelerate the integration of production and city to improve the quality of new urbanization in Liaoning Province. The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper.
