【摘要】：为从根本上规范楼市健康发展,落实"房子是用来住的、不是用来炒的"的理念,调控政策要寻找到控风险与稳增长的契合点,关键要建立符合中国国情和市场规律的房地产长效机制,从根本上解决中国房地产调控中存在的问题。
[Abstract]:In order to fundamentally standardize the healthy development of the property market and implement the idea that "houses are used for housing, not for speculation," the control policies should find a suitable point for controlling risks and steady growth. The key is to establish a long-term mechanism of real estate in accordance with China's national conditions and market laws, and to fundamentally solve the problems existing in China's real estate regulation and control.
