智慧矿山信息化标准化系统关键问题研究

【摘要】:根据总体规划、分步实施的原则,煤矿企业信息化建设分为三个阶段,分别是数字矿山阶段、感知矿山阶段和智慧矿山阶段。目前,我国大多数煤矿企业的信息化建设处于数字矿山阶段和感知矿山阶段,只有少数煤矿企业迈入智慧矿山阶段。然而,随着大数据时代的到来,新一代信息技术的应用,“中国制造2025”的提出,智慧矿山已然成为煤矿企业信息化发展的重要趋势。智慧矿山以透彻感知、深度互联、高度共享、智能服务和可视化展现为基本特征,重在通过对信息系统采集到的数据进行深度挖掘分析,实现煤矿企业生产经营管理方面的智能决策。而通过现场调研可知,煤矿企业在信息化建设过程中出现了一系列问题。煤矿企业信息化建设包括井上、井下两部分,井上建设的各管理信息系统,由于开发商不同,采用的开发技术、编码规则、数据命名和数据描述不同,“数字鸿沟”和“信息孤岛”现象凸显出来,导致数据和信息无法共享,各系统产生的珍贵数据无法发挥作用;井下建设的安全避险“六大系统”分别由不同的副矿长单独管理,为了避免安全事故责任扯皮和确保系统数据传输的安全性,副矿长各自为政建设系统,这导致建设的六大系统无法互联互通,更无法对六个系统的数据进行深度挖掘。对于当前的煤炭行业而言,为了实现对煤矿企业生产经营管理类数据的管控,这要求行业信息系统和相应的煤矿企业信息系统互联互通。本文提出通过制定行业级别的智慧矿山信息化标准,开展智慧矿山信息化标准化工作来解决煤矿企业和煤炭行业面临的问题。从制定行业级别的智慧矿山信息化标准的角度而言,由于智慧矿山信息化标准的编制工作不是一朝一夕能够完成的,关键标准的制定就成为煤炭行业亟需开展的标准化工作,而关键标准的识别是该工作首先要完成的任务。从开展智慧矿山信息化标准化工作的角度而言,一方面智慧矿山信息化标准化行为受到政府、行业协会、煤矿企业、软件开发商等多主体的影响,各主体的利益诉求不同,采取的行为则不同,会致使标准化达不到预期效果,因此多主体协同亟待研究;另一方面煤矿企业实施智慧矿山信息化标准化的能力参差不齐,开展智慧矿山信息化标准化所做的工作就有所不同,为了给每个煤矿企业指引开展工作的方向,智慧矿山信息化标准化升级路径的研究就显得尤为重要。因此,本文引入系统的概念,开展智慧矿山信息化标准化系统研究,重点研究智慧矿山信息化关键标准的识别、智慧矿山信息化标准化主体协同问题以及智慧矿山信息化标准化升级路径三个关键问题。按照“提出问题,研究问题”的思路,本文分成7章开展研究,具体研究内容如下:第1章:绪论。本章首先阐述了煤矿企业信息化建设三个阶段,指出了智慧矿山是煤矿企业信息化发展的重要趋势,在此基础上,论述了煤矿企业信息化建设过程中遇到的问题以及处于当前形势的煤炭行业数据管控的需求,提出了制定行业级别的智慧矿山信息化标准,开展智慧矿山信息化标准化工作的必要性。其次,对智慧矿山信息化相关标准现状和煤矿企业信息化标准化建设现状进行分析,提出了智慧矿山信息化标准化在实践过程中,面临着三个主要现实问题。最后,阐明了本文的研究目标及意义,分析了本文的研究内容及方法,提出了内容框架和技术路线。第2章:文献综述。本章从智慧矿山信息化关键标准的识别、智慧矿山信息化标准化主体协同问题以及智慧矿山信息化标准化升级路径这三个关键问题入手,对智慧矿山信息化标准化、标准化主体协同和标准化升级三个方面的文献进行了梳理总结。通过文献综述,探讨了拟研究问题在相关领域的研究进展和不足,故而进一步明确本文研究需要解决的问题。第3章:智慧矿山信息化标准化分析框架。本章首先研究了智慧矿山的特征以及智慧矿山信息化建设目标,分析了智慧矿山信息化建设存在的问题,提出了智慧矿山信息化模型及信息化内容,并通过调研分析指出了我国煤矿企业进行智慧矿山信息化建设存在的问题;其次,运用系统论思想,全面分析了智慧矿山信息化标准化系统的内涵、环境、要素,在此基础上,构建了智慧矿山信息化标准化系统结构;然后,引入力学模型,分析了智慧矿山信息化标准化系统运行作用机理,建立了智慧矿山信息化标准化系统运行模型,借助于经济控制论的方法,构建了系统运行动态模型,并对该模型进行了可控性和稳定性分析;最后,在以上分析的基础上,提出了本文所要研究的三个关键问题。第4章:智慧矿山信息化关键标准识别方法研究。本章首先简要论述了智慧矿山信息化关键标准的特征,并提出了智慧矿山信息化关键标准识别模型;其次,明确了智慧矿山信息化标准体系构建依据和原则,运用uml统一建模语言和luba露靶理论,进行智慧矿山信息化标准的领域分析,构建了智慧矿山信息化标准体系,明确了智慧矿山信息化标准体系明细表;然后,基于智慧矿山信息化关键标准的特征和文献研究,初步明确了智慧矿山信息化关键标准识别指标范围,采用探索性因子分析构建了识别指标体系,并运用主成分分析法明确了各指标权重,构造了智慧矿山信息化关键标准综合评价函数;最后,在类图之间的关联、智慧矿山信息化标准体系框架等基础上,定性分析了智慧矿山信息化标准在识别指标体系下的取值,并采用综合评价法得到智慧矿山信息化标准体系中所有标准的得分,识别出智慧矿山信息化关键标准。第5章:基于博弈论的智慧矿山信息化标准化主体协同研究。本章首先对国家能源局和工业和信息化部印发的相关细则进行解读,在此基础上,介绍了智慧矿山信息化标准制定的三种模式,并提出了较完善的标准制定模式以及智慧矿山信息化标准化主要主体的协作关系;然后,提出了智慧矿山信息化标准制定和实施环节的主体协同问题:软件开发商之间的协同、政府、行业协会和煤矿企业三者之间的协同、煤矿企业和软件开发商之间的协同;最后,运用博弈论,对三个主体协同问题进行博弈分析,构建了相应的博弈模型,并提出了相关协同建议。第6章:智慧矿山信息化标准化升级路径研究。本章首先探讨了智慧矿山信息化标准化升级路径研究的必要性,借鉴前人能力成熟度模型,构建了智慧矿山信息化标准化能力等级模型,并对智慧矿山信息化标准化影响因素进行研究;其次,采用AHP和CVM相结合的方法确定影响因素指标体系权重,提出了智慧矿山信息化标准化能力评价体系;然后,结合能力等级模型和评价体系构建了智慧矿山信息化标准化能力蛛网模型,并提出了煤矿企业智慧矿山信息化标准化能力等级评估方法;最后提出了智慧矿山信息化标准化升级路径。第7章:结论与展望。本章总结了本文的主要结论和创新点,指出了研究的不足,并明确了改进的方向。本文的主要创新点如下:1)通过全面分析智慧矿山信息化标准化系统的内涵、环境、要素,构建了智慧矿山信息化标准化系统运行模型和运行动态模型。2)针对智慧矿山信息化关键标准识别方法研究问题,构建了智慧矿山信息化关键标准识别模型和识别指标体系,识别出智慧矿山信息化关键标准。3)针对智慧矿山信息化标准化主体协同研究问题,构建了智慧矿山信息化标准化主体博弈模型,包括软件开发商之间的博弈模型,政府、行业协会和煤矿企业三者之间的博弈模型以及煤矿企业和软件开发商之间的博弈模型。4)针对智慧矿山信息化标准化升级路径研究问题,在构建了智慧矿山信息化标准化能力评价体系和能力蛛网模型的基础上,提出了煤矿企业智慧矿山信息化标准化能力等级评估方法。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of overall planning and step by step implementation, the informatization construction of coal mine enterprises is divided into three stages, which are digital mine stage, perceptual mine stage and intelligent mine stage respectively. At present, the information construction of most coal mining enterprises in China is in the stage of digital mine and the stage of mining mountain, only a few coal mine enterprises are entering the wisdom mine order However, with the advent of the era of large data, the application of the new generation of information technology, "China made 2025", the wisdom mine has become an important trend in the development of information technology in coal mining enterprises. Intelligent mines are characterized by thorough perception, deep interconnection, high sharing, intelligent service and visualization, and the emphasis on the information system. The collected data is deeply excavated and analyzed to realize the intelligent decision of the production and management of the coal mine enterprises. Through the field investigation, it can be seen that a series of problems have appeared in the process of information construction in the coal mine enterprises. The information construction of coal mine enterprises includes Inoue, two parts of the underground, the management information system of the construction of the well, and the development of the information system. Different commercial development technology, coding rules, data naming and data description are different, the "digital divide" and "information isolated island" are highlighted, resulting in data and information can not be shared, and the precious data produced by the system can not play a role. The "six major systems" for safety and risk protection in underground construction are separate by the separate deputy mine chief. Management, in order to avoid the responsibility of the safety accidents and ensure the safety of the data transmission of the system, the Deputy miner is independent of the construction of the system, which leads to the inability of the six major systems to be interconnected and the data of the six systems to be deeply excavated. For the current coal industry, in order to realize the production and management of the coal mine enterprises The management and control of the kind of data requires the intercommunication between the industry information system and the corresponding coal mine enterprise information system. This paper proposes the standardization work of intelligent mine informatization to solve the problems faced by the coal enterprises and the coal industry by making the information standards of the intelligence mine of the industry level. In terms of standardization, the compilation of information standards for intelligent mines is not completed overnight. The formulation of key standards becomes the standardization of the coal industry, and the identification of key standards is the first task to be completed. On the one hand, the standardized behavior of intelligent mine information is influenced by many subjects such as government, industry association, coal mining enterprise and software developer. The interests of various subjects are different and the actions taken are different, which will cause the standardization to not reach the expected effect. Therefore, the multi main body Association is in urgent need of research; on the other hand, the mining enterprises implement the intelligent mine. The standardization of information standardization is uneven, and the work done in the standardization of information mining information is different. In order to guide each coal mining enterprise in the direction of work, the research on the standardized upgrading path of information mining informatization is particularly important. Therefore, this article introduces the concept of the system to carry out the information mining information. Research on standardized system, focus on the identification of the key standards of information mining information, the subject synergy of intelligent mine informatization standardization and the path of standardization upgrading of intelligent mine information. According to the idea of "putting forward questions and researching problems", this paper is divided into 7 chapters to carry out research, and the specific contents are as follows: first This chapter first expounds the three stages of the informatization construction of coal mine enterprises, and points out that the intelligent mine is an important trend of the development of the informatization of the coal mine enterprises. On this basis, the problems encountered in the process of information construction in the coal mine enterprises and the demand for the data management and control of the coal industry in the current situation are discussed, and the industry is put forward to make the industry. The level of information standards for intelligent mines is necessary to carry out the standardization of intelligent mine informatization. Secondly, this paper analyzes the status quo of information related standards of intelligent mines and the status of standardization construction of informatization of coal mine enterprises, and puts forward three main practical problems in the process of informatization standardization of intelligent mines. Finally, The objective and significance of the study are clarified, the contents and methods of this paper are analyzed, and the content framework and technical route are put forward. The second chapter is the literature review. This chapter is the three key to the identification of the key standards of the information mining information, the subject coordination of the intelligent mine informatization standardization and the upgrading path of the information standardization of the smart mine. Starting with the key problem, the paper summarizes the literature of three aspects of intelligent mine informatization standardization, standardization subject coordination and standardization upgrading. Through literature review, this paper discusses the research progress and deficiencies of the proposed research problems in related fields, and further clears the problems that need to be solved in this paper. The third chapter: Information Mining informatization This chapter first studies the characteristics of intelligent mines and the information construction targets of intelligent mines, analyzes the problems in the information construction of intelligent mines, puts forward the information model and information content of intelligent mines, and points out the existence of information construction in mine enterprises in China by investigation and analysis. Secondly, using the system theory, the connotation, environment and elements of the intelligent mine information standardization system are analyzed comprehensively. On this basis, the information standardization system structure of intelligent mine is constructed. Then, the mechanical model is introduced to analyze the operation mechanism of the intelligent mine informational standardization system, and the information of the intelligent mine is established. The operation model of standardized system is changed and the dynamic model of system operation is constructed with the help of economic control theory. The controllability and stability analysis of the model is carried out. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the three key problems to be studied in this paper are put forward. The fourth chapter is the research on the key standard identification method of the information mining information. The chapter first briefly expounds the characteristics of the key standards of the information mining information, and puts forward the key standard identification model of the intelligent mine informatization. Secondly, it defines the basis and principles of the construction of the information standard system for intelligent mines, and uses the unified modeling language of UML and the Luba revealing target theory to carry out the field analysis of the information standard of the intelligent mine and construct the information standard of the mine. Based on the information standard system of intelligent mine, the intelligent mine information standard system is clarified. Then, based on the characteristics and literature research of the key standards of the intelligent mine information, the identification index range of the key standard of intelligent mine information is preliminarily clarified, and the identification index system is constructed by the exploratory factor analysis, and the main formation is used. The weight of each index is defined by the analysis method, and the comprehensive evaluation function of the key standard of intelligent mine information is constructed. Finally, on the basis of the association between the class diagrams and the framework of the information standard system of intelligent mine, the value of the information standard of the intelligent mine is qualitatively analyzed under the identification index system, and the intelligent mine is obtained by the comprehensive evaluation method. The score of all standards in the standard system of mountain information is identified, and the key standard of information mining information is identified. The fifth chapter: Research on the main body of intelligent mine informatization standardization based on game theory. This chapter first explains the relevant rules and regulations issued by the National Energy Bureau and the Ministry of industry and information technology. On this basis, the information of intelligent mines is introduced. The three models are formulated, and a more perfect standard formulation model and the cooperation relationship between the main main bodies of the intelligent mine informatization standardization are put forward. Then, the subject coordination problem of the information standard formulation and implementation of the intelligent mine is put forward: the cooperation among the software developers, the government, the Industry Association and the coal mine enterprises are three. Synergy between the coal enterprises and the software developers; finally, the game theory is used to analyze the three subject coordination problems by game analysis, and the corresponding game model is constructed. The sixth chapter is the research on the standardization upgrading path of the intelligent mine informatization. This chapter first discusses the standardization of information mining information standardization. The necessity of upgrading the path research, using the predecessors' ability maturity model, to construct the level model of intelligent mine informatization standardization capacity, and to study the influence factors of the informatization standardization of intelligent mines. Secondly, using the method of combining AHP and CVM to determine the weight of the index system, and put forward the information standard of the intelligent mine. And then, based on the capability grade model and evaluation system, the cobweb model of information standardization ability of intelligent mine is constructed, and the evaluation method of standardization ability of information standardization in mine enterprises is put forward. Finally, the standardized upgrading path of intelligent mine information standardization is put forward. The seventh chapter: conclusion and prospect. The main conclusions and innovation points are pointed out, and the direction of improvement is pointed out. The main innovation points of this paper are as follows: 1) through the comprehensive analysis of the connotation, environment, and elements of the standardization system of information mining informatization, the intelligent mine informatization standardization system operation model and the dynamic model.2 are constructed for the intelligent mine. The key standard identification method of mountain information is studied, the key standard identification model and identification index system of intelligent mine informatization are constructed, and the key standard.3 of intelligent mine informatization is identified. The main subject game model of intelligent mine informatization standardization is constructed, which includes soft information standardization main body game model, including soft mine information standardization. The game model among the developers, the game model between the three parties of the government, the industry association and the coal mine enterprise, and the game model between the coal mine enterprise and the software developer.4. In view of the research problem of the standardization upgrading path of the intelligent mine informatization, the evaluation system and the ability cobweb model of the intelligent mine informational standardization are constructed. On the basis of this, the evaluation method of information standardization capability of intelligent mine is put forward.
