【摘要】：有重点、有特色发展是指导小城镇建设的重要原则,规划、培育、建设特色小镇是江西省委省政府为推动全省经济转型升级和城乡统筹发展,贯彻国家新型城镇化和产城融合发展战略所作出的重大决策。以此为背景,笔者研究了贵溪市4个特色小镇建设实践中取得的成效及其存在的主要问题,同时借鉴浙江省特色小镇建设先进经验,提出了江西省特色小镇发展对策建议。
[Abstract]:The key and characteristic development is an important principle guiding the construction of small towns. Planning, cultivating, and building special towns is the purpose of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to promote the economic transformation and upgrading of the province and the overall development of urban and rural areas. The implementation of the new type of urbanization and the integration of industrial development strategy made a major decision. Against this background, the author studies the achievements and main problems in the construction practice of the four special towns in Guixi City. At the same time, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience of the construction of the small towns with characteristics in Zhejiang Province, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the small towns with characteristics in Jiangxi Province.
