跨境电商背景下物流发展影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】：近年来,网络技术的普及和经济全球化的进程使得跨境电子商务蓬勃发展。众所周知,跨境电子商务的进步离不开强大的经济购买力与互联网技术的进步。2016年我国国内生产总值超过74万亿,仅次于美国排名世界第二,全国互联网用户数量达到7.21亿,互联网渗透率超过52.3%,这庞大的数据背后为跨境电子商务的发展提供了无限的可能。2016年我国跨境电子商务物流市场总体规模超过1.9万亿元,为我国物流业增加值贡献了将近17%的份额。跨境电子商务的飞速发展对跨境物流提出了越来越高的要求,我国现阶段跨境物流整体发展水平偏低,起步晚、成本高、基础设施建设落后、管理水平低、缺乏专业技术人才等问题始终困扰着我国跨境电子商务企业和物流公司。跨境物流的发展水平是制约跨境电子商务长远发展的重要因素,今后跨境物流如何发展值得我们深入探讨。跨境电子商务作为一种快捷的交易方式只有将虚拟活动与实体形式有效结合才能显示其总体价值,跨境物流可以提高跨境电子商务的效率,协调跨境电子商务发展的目标,扩大跨境电子商务影响力。如何运作跨境电子商务物流,解决中国跨境电子商务物流难题,这是一个亟需展开和完善的课题。本文在大量阅读跨境电子商务与跨境物流相关资料的基础上,利用问卷调查法成功收集到14个影响指标的168个数据,然后利用SPSS数据分析软件对所得到的数据进行因子分析,可以找到5个主要影响因子,成功构建跨境物流影响因素指标体系。我们可以根据所构建的跨境物流影响因素指标体系更有针对性的对跨境物流提出改进意见,以便其未来更好的发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the popularization of network technology and the process of economic globalization make cross-border e-commerce flourish. As we all know, the progress of cross-border e-commerce cannot be achieved without strong economic purchasing power and advances in Internet technology. In 2016, China's GDP exceeded 74 trillion, second only to the United States in the world, with the number of Internet users reaching 721 million nationwide. The Internet penetration rate exceeds 52.3 yuan, which provides unlimited possibilities for the development of cross-border e-commerce. In 2016, the overall scale of China's cross-border e-commerce logistics market exceeded 1.9 trillion yuan. For our country logistics industry added value contributed nearly 17% share. The rapid development of cross-border electronic commerce has put forward higher and higher requirements for cross-border logistics. At present, the overall development level of cross-border logistics in China is low, starting late, high cost, backward infrastructure construction and low management level. Lack of professional and technical personnel has always troubled our cross-border e-commerce enterprises and logistics companies. The development level of cross-border logistics is an important factor restricting the long-term development of cross-border e-commerce. As a fast transaction mode, cross-border e-commerce can only show its overall value by effectively combining virtual activities with entity forms. Cross-border logistics can improve the efficiency of cross-border e-commerce and coordinate the development goals of cross-border e-commerce. Expand the influence of cross-border e-commerce. How to operate cross-border e-commerce logistics and solve the problem of cross-border e-commerce logistics in China is an urgent task to be developed and perfected. On the basis of reading a lot of information about cross-border electronic commerce and cross-border logistics, this paper successfully collected 168 data of 14 impact indicators by questionnaire, and then used SPSS data analysis software to carry on factor analysis to the obtained data. Five main influencing factors can be found, and the index system of influencing factors of cross-border logistics can be constructed successfully. According to the index system of the influencing factors of cross-border logistics, we can put forward some suggestions for the improvement of cross-border logistics, so as to improve the development of cross-border logistics in the future.
