长江经济带商贸流通业与新型城镇化协调发展研究

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,党中央高度重视商贸流通业发展和新型城镇化建设,研究区域商贸流通业和新型城镇化的协调发展对于推进区域经济可持续增长具有重大意义。长江经济带作为我国综合实力最强、战略支撑作用最大的区域,商贸流通业与新型城镇化的协调发展是一个值得研究的问题。本文选择长江经济带11个省市作为研究对象,2005-2015为研究时段,首先对商贸流通业与新型城镇化的内涵进行界定,分析了商贸流通业与新型城镇化协调发展机理,并对长江经济带商贸流通业和新型城镇化发展现状从总体上和区域间做了分析,发现长江经济带商贸流通业的产业规模在不断升级、市场潜力巨大且服务设施不断优化,新型城镇化的经济发展水平、人口规模、社会服务及生态环境方面取得了优异的成绩,但长江经济带商贸流通业的发展和新型城镇化的建设表现出了区域发展不平衡的问题。然后在协调发展机理和现状分析的基础上,构建商贸流通业与新型城镇化发展的综合评价指标体系,采用基于熵值法的耦合协调度模型对协调水平进行测度,并在测度结果的基础上对长江经济带商贸流通业与新型城镇化的协调发展进行趋势分析、时空演变分析及区域差异分析。分析结果显示:2005-2015年长江经济带商贸流通业与新型城镇化的协调发展等级总体上从初级协调状态到良好协调状态,至2014年、2015年达到优质协调状态;从时空演变看,长江经济带的商贸流通业与新型城镇化的协调发展水平在不断优化,2005年,长江经济带商贸流通业与新型城镇化耦合协调发展状况呈现“两强五初四弱”的空间格局,2008年、2010年呈现“三强七初一弱”的空间格局,2015年呈现“七强四初”的空间格局;依据聚类分析对长江经济带商贸流通业与新型城镇化协调发展进行了区域差异分析,结果显示:协调发展的第一类为上海、浙江、江苏的上游长三角地区;第二类为湖北、重庆、四川、湖南;第三类为安徽、江西、云南、贵州。最后在协调机理分析和实证分析的基础上对长江经济带商贸流通业与新型城镇化协调发展的影响因素进行分析,采用Panel Data模型构建多元回归面板数据模型对各影响因素进行分析,结果显示:产业结构升级、缩小城乡收入差距、完善基础设施建设、信息化水平的提高、加大金融支持力度均可以促进长江经济带商贸流通业与新型城镇化的协调发展,并针对各影响因素对长江经济带商贸流通业与新型城镇化的协调发展提出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the development of trade circulation industry and the construction of new urbanization. It is of great significance to study the coordinated development of regional trade circulation industry and new urbanization for promoting the sustainable growth of regional economy. The Yangtze River economic belt is the region with the strongest comprehensive strength and the greatest strategic support in our country. The coordinated development of trade circulation and new urbanization is a problem worth studying. In this paper, 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are selected as the research objects. Firstly, the connotation of trade circulation and new urbanization is defined, and the mechanism of coordinated development between trade circulation and new urbanization is analyzed. By analyzing the present situation of the trade circulation industry and the new urbanization of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, it is found that the industry scale of the trade circulation industry of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is constantly upgraded, the market potential is huge and the service facilities are constantly optimized. The economic development level, population scale, social service and ecological environment of the new urbanization have made outstanding achievements, but the development of trade and circulation industry and the construction of new urbanization in the Yangtze River economic belt have shown the problems of unbalanced regional development. Then, on the basis of the analysis of the mechanism and present situation of coordinated development, the comprehensive evaluation index system of trade circulation and new urbanization development is constructed, and the coordination level is measured by coupling coordination degree model based on entropy method. On the basis of the measurement results, this paper analyzes the trend of the coordinated development of the trade and circulation industry and the new urbanization in the Yangtze economic belt, and analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution and regional differences. The results show that the level of coordinated development between trade and circulation industry and new urbanization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2015 is generally from primary coordination to good coordination, and by 2014, it will reach the state of high quality coordination, and from the point of view of the evolution of time and space, The level of coordinated development of the trade and circulation industry in the Yangtze Economic Zone and the new type of urbanization has been continuously optimized. In 2005, The coupled development of trade and circulation industry and new urbanization in the Yangtze River economic belt presents a spatial pattern of "two strong, five new, four weak", in 2008, 2010, "three strong, seven, one and one weak", and 2015, "seven strong and four early". Based on cluster analysis, this paper analyzes the regional differences between the coordinated development of trade and circulation industry and new urbanization in the Yangtze economic belt. The results show that the first category of coordinated development is Shanghai, Zhejiang, and the upper reaches of Jiangsu, and the second is Hubei. Chongqing, Sichuan, Hunan; third category Anhui, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou. Finally, on the basis of coordination mechanism analysis and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the coordinated development of trade and circulation industry and new urbanization in the Yangtze Economic Zone. Panel data model is used to construct multiple regression panel data model. The results show that the industrial structure is upgraded, the income gap between urban and rural areas is reduced, infrastructure construction is improved, and the level of information is improved. Increasing financial support can promote the coordinated development of trade circulation and new urbanization in the Yangtze economic belt, and put forward corresponding suggestions for the coordinated development of trade circulation and new urbanization in the Yangtze River economic belt.
