履职责拓思路 创方式规行为 探索破解医疗服务成本监审难题

【摘要】：正近年以来,宁波市成本监审工作以助推价格机制改革为主线,拓展成本监审范围,实现政府定价成本监审全覆盖,2013-2016年共完成644个成本监审项目,累计核减不应计入定价成本的费用97.65亿元,平均核减率为19.19%。尤其是在医疗服务领域,率先探索开发医疗服务成本监审软件,建立医疗服务成本监审平台,破解成本监审"最后一公里"难题。(一)履职责,深调研,探索医疗服务项目成本监审的新路径2016年7月,宁波市被确定为第一批省级综合医改
[Abstract]:In recent years, the cost supervision and audit work in Ningbo takes the reform of the price mechanism as the main line, expands the scope of the cost supervision and audit, and realizes the full coverage of the government pricing cost supervision and audit. In 2013-2016, a total of 644 cost supervision and audit projects have been completed. The cumulative reduction should not be included in the cost of the pricing of 9.765 billion yuan, the average reduction rate is 19.19. Especially in the field of medical service, we take the lead in exploring and developing medical service cost supervision and audit software, establishing medical service cost supervision and audit platform, and solving the "last kilometer" problem of cost supervision and audit. (1) carry out duties, investigate deeply, and explore a new way to supervise and examine the costs of medical service projects. In July 2016, Ningbo was designated as the first batch of provincial comprehensive health care reform.
