【摘要】：推进特色小镇建设可以成为吴江经济社会发展的"新战场"。在建设中应注意数量上不求多、规模上不贪大、产业上不雷同、功能上不能散、速度上不图快、主体上不包办。吴江推进特色小镇建设要准确把握和利用区域资源,紧密依托产业增强内生动力,凸显文化标识提升小镇魅力,坚持以改善民生为根本目的,明确市场主体多元投入建设,科学规划加强管控分步实施。
[Abstract]:To promote the construction of small towns with characteristics can become the "new battlefield" for the economic and social development of Wu Jiang. In construction, attention should be paid not to the quantity, the scale, the industry, the function, the speed, and the main body. Wu Jiang should accurately grasp and utilize regional resources, closely rely on industry to enhance endogenous power, highlight cultural signs to enhance the charm of small towns, adhere to the basic purpose of improving people's livelihood, and make clear the diversified investment construction of the market main body. Scientific planning strengthens the implementation of management and control step by step.
