大学生毕业初期就业稳定性研究

【摘要】:大学生职业生涯初期对于大学生整个职业生涯具有极其重要的意义,而此阶段大学生就业的显著特征即为就业不稳定。一方面在国外发达国家,学者早已将大学生就业问题研究重点从就业率转移到就业稳定性上,另一方面我国国内大学生职业生涯初期就业不稳定性问题已经十分严重,而且有愈演愈烈的趋势,迫切需要解决。因此,在此基础上完成了这篇题为“大学生毕业初期就业稳定性研究”硕士论文。本文第一章为绪论部分,首先介绍选题背景和选题意义,然后,通过大量阅读其他学者关于就业稳定性的相关文献资料,借助于图书馆硬件设备借阅书籍,浏览电子期刊,学习他人的成功经验,对国内外关于就业稳定性,就业稳定性影响因素,就业稳定性评价方法相关的文献进行了梳理。最后,根据研究背景和研究意义提出本论文的研究主题,分析研究内容和主要研究方法,设计技术路线图构建基本研究思路并提出论文的创新点。第二章介绍了就业稳定性的相关理论。与就业稳定性相关的就业理论、人力资本理论、劳动力市场分割理论、期望理论及职业生涯发展理论。界定了就业稳定性,大学毕业生,毕业初期的范围及概念内涵,在此基础上并阐述了就业稳定性的研究机理。第三章分析就业稳定性影响因素分析。本文结合文献归纳和专家访谈法,总结当前大学生就业质量影响因素,并通过调查问卷对影响因素进行筛选,确定最终的影响因素。第四章,构建就业稳定性评价模型。首先使用SPSS系统聚类分析将19个影响因素聚为6类,分别为:第一类工作环境包含:社会保障,劳动安全,企业文化,民主权利;第二类工作报酬包含绝对工资和相对工资;第三类职业发展包含:学习机会,晋升机会,自我表现机会;第四类胜任能力包含:学习能力,抗压能力和创新能力;第五类基本职业素质包含:人际关系,实践能力,团队合作能力,口头表达能力;第六类外部环境包含:工作地与父母距离,劳动力市场供求状况,经济环境。然后采用层次分析法对评价指标体系的各影响因素赋予权重。通过对各指标的相对重要性打分,并进行一致性检验得出指标权重,从而构建评价模型,使评价指标体系由理论层面步入了实践操作层面。第五章,大学生毕业初期就业稳定性实证分析。对毕业三年内的大学生发放调查问卷。让其填写就业稳定性自测问卷,得出当前毕业初期大学生就业的稳定性分值,对大学生毕业初期的就业稳定性进行方差分析,设计提升大学生就业稳定性的路径。第六章,结论。根据第五章的实证研究结果提出提升大学生就业稳定性的针对性对策建议,并对本论文的不足之处做出总结,并展望今后相关课题的研究工作。文章以独特的视角,综合经济、管理、心理等知识跨学科研究,并结合定性与定量、规范与实证、历史与调研等实证方法,得出以下结论与创新成果:1.研究并分析出就业稳定性影响因素。2.分析在就业稳定性核心影响因素——工作环境因素,包括:社会保障,劳动安全,企业文化,民主权利。3.借助AHP,建立了就业稳定性评价模型,并对其进行综合评价。4.得出在学历,婚姻状况,毕业院校类型,工作地域等维度上的就业稳定性差异,总结当前大学生毕业初期就业稳定性处于中等水平结论。
[Abstract]:The initial stage of College Students'career is of great significance to the whole career of College students, and the obvious feature of College Students' employment is the instability of employment. The problem of employment instability in the early stages of students'career has become very serious, and it is becoming more and more serious, which needs to be solved urgently. Therefore, on the basis of this, this thesis, entitled "Research on employment stability of college students in the early stages of graduation", has been completed. By reading a large number of other scholars'literature on employment stability, borrowing books from library hardware equipment, browsing electronic journals, learning from other people's successful experience, this paper combs the domestic and foreign literature on employment stability, employment stability influencing factors, employment stability evaluation methods. The research background and significance put forward the research theme of this paper, analyzed the research content and main research methods, designed the technical roadmap to construct the basic research ideas and put forward the innovation of this paper.Chapter 2 introduces the relevant theory of employment stability.The employment theory related to employment stability, human capital theory, labor market segmentation. Theory, Expectation Theory and Career Development Theory. Define the employment stability, University graduates, the scope of the early stage of graduation and the concept of connotation, on this basis, and elaborate the mechanism of employment stability. Chapter three analyzes the factors affecting employment stability. In the fourth chapter, the evaluation model of employment stability is constructed. The second category includes absolute wages and relative wages; the third category includes learning opportunities, promotion opportunities, self-expression opportunities; the fourth category of competencies includes: learning ability, stress resistance and innovation ability; the fifth category of basic professional qualities include: interpersonal relations, practical ability, teamwork ability, oral expression ability; Six types of external environment include: distance between work place and parents, supply and demand of labor market, and economic environment. Then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to weigh the influencing factors of the evaluation index system. In the fifth chapter, the empirical analysis of the employment stability of college students in the initial stage of graduation is carried out. According to the results of the empirical research in the fifth chapter, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment stability of College students, summarizes the deficiencies of this paper, and looks forward to the future research work of related topics. The article uses a unique perspective, comprehensive economy. The following conclusions and innovative results are obtained by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, normative and empirical methods, and historical and research methods. 1. Study and analyze the influencing factors of employment stability. 2. Analyze the core influencing factors of employment stability - work environment factors, including: social security, labor safety, enterprises. With the help of AHP, this paper establishes an evaluation model of employment stability and makes a comprehensive evaluation on it. 4. It draws a conclusion that the employment stability of college graduates is at the middle level in the dimensions of education, marital status, type of graduating college and working area.
