松江大学园区大学生就业服务质量研究
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan points out that it is necessary to perfect the unified and standardized human resource market, perfect the service system of urban and rural public employment, promote the nationwide networking of employment information, and provide high-quality and efficient employment services for workers. The employment service of college students is an important content to promote the employment of college students. The quality of service relates to the smooth employment of college students. The employment service for college students, like other service industries, should take "customer orientation" as the core of work, and take the demand of service object as one of the most important principles of work. This paper focuses on the quality of employment service for college students in Songjiang University Park, Shanghai. On the basis of literature review at home and abroad, this paper constructs the initial evaluation index system of college students' employment service quality in Songjiang University Park by using the five dimensions of SERVQUAL scale based on customer perception evaluation service quality in the field of service science. And through the preliminary investigation and other links, form the final questionnaire of the university student employment service quality research. Based on the consideration of accessibility and reliability, the research object is Songjiang Seven College students. The initial data about the satisfaction of college students' employment service quality were obtained by random questionnaire in each university. Through the statistical analysis of the initial data, the overall satisfaction of college students for employment services and the influencing factors of satisfaction are obtained. Through factor analysis and AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each influencing factor, and to further improve and modify the index system, finally establish the evaluation index system of employment service quality of college students. The difference between college students' expectation and perceived quality of employment service level was measured by paired sample T-test, sample mean and standard variance scores and the use of SQ model. Based on the above analysis and the current situation of employment service for college students and comprehensive domestic and foreign related studies, the main factors affecting the quality of employment service for college students are obtained. And puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment service quality of college students.
