基于商业智能的大型停车企业预算管理研究

【摘要】:我国在智能停车场的建设方面经过近十年的高速发展,已具备一定的规模和水平,但随着停车场规模的扩大,管理混乱、资源分配不均、缺乏服务标准等问题越来越突出。此时,就需要利用“航空港”式的管理方式对诸多停车场进行统一管理,制定统一的服务标准,使停车场资源得以最大化的利用。那么,如何利用智能化停车场采集到的各种数据为停车场管理企业服务就是本文所要研究的重点。本文提出一种基于商业智能的大型停车企业预算管理系统解决方案,运用先进的管理思想和技术分析手段,力求从庞大的历史数据中提取出有价值的信息,转化为知识,辅助管理人员进行分析、决策,提高预算管理水平并带动经济效益的提升。本文首先对国内外在预算管理和商业智能方面做出的研究进行探讨,之后以北京市某大型停车场管理企业A公司引入商业智能技术进行详细论述。文中分别从企业的经营特点、管理现状出发,总结出在经营管理方面存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了基于商业智能的预算管理系统解决方案。随后,针对A公司预算编制不合理的情况,利用商业智能中的数据挖掘技术构建定量预测模型并制定预警机制。最后,为解决A公司“信息孤岛”和分析手段落后的问题,引入商业智能中的数据仓库和OLAP在线处理技术构建多维分析系统,使A公司的信息化建设迈上新的台阶。本文在分析设计中,充分调研停车场管理企业的实际情况,将理论知识转化为实际可操作的系统,为现代化停车场管理企业的研究提供参考。图14幅,表3幅,参考文献31篇。
[Abstract]:The construction of intelligent parking lots in our country has been developing at a high speed for nearly ten years. However, with the expansion of parking lot scale, confusion of management, uneven distribution of resources, lack of service standards and so on, the problems are becoming more and more prominent. At this time, it is necessary to make use of the management mode of "aviation port" to unify the management of lots of parking lots and formulate uniform service standards so as to maximize the utilization of parking resources. So, how to use all kinds of data collected by intelligent parking area to serve parking management enterprises is the focus of this paper. In this paper, a solution of budget management system for large parking enterprises based on business intelligence is proposed. By using advanced management ideas and technical analysis means, we try to extract valuable information from huge historical data and transform it into knowledge. Assist managers to analyze, make decisions, improve budget management level and promote economic benefits. This paper first discusses the research on budget management and business intelligence at home and abroad, and then discusses in detail the introduction of business intelligence technology to A Company, a large parking lot management enterprise in Beijing. In this paper, the problems in management and management are summarized according to the management characteristics and current situation of the enterprise, and on this basis, the solution of budget management system based on business intelligence is put forward. Then, aiming at the unreasonable budgeting situation of company A, using the data mining technology in business intelligence to build a quantitative prediction model and establish an early warning mechanism. Finally, in order to solve the problem of "information isolated island" and backward analysis means in company A, the data warehouse and OLAP on-line processing technology in business intelligence are introduced to build a multidimensional analysis system, which makes the information construction of A company step to a new level. In the analysis and design of this paper, the actual situation of parking lot management enterprises is fully investigated, and the theoretical knowledge is transformed into a practical operational system, which provides a reference for the research of modern parking lot management enterprises.
