基于空间场强的成都市经济发展差异评价

【摘要】:随着“十三五”规划纲要“新型城镇化”的提出,城乡一体化的发展要求应运而生,这对城镇空间结构布局提出了新的要求。以中心城区作为核心,充分利用其资源极化和辐射扩散作用;以次级城镇为经济腹地,充分发挥其承上启下的纽带作用;以周边乡镇作为节点,充分挖掘其服务功能和经济潜力。目前,我国城市化速度加快,出现了一系列问题,比如城市经济极化现象突出、边远城镇经济滞后、城市规模扩张无序化等等,这些突出矛盾进一步阻碍了区域经济的协调发展。为解决这一系列突出问题与矛盾,本文从一个新的研究角度——空间场强出发,研究了新型城镇化背景下的城镇空间结构关系、经济发展差异以及城乡协调可持续发展的建议,将地理信息科学运用于实际,为城市经济发展、城镇空间布局提供了一个全新的角度,具有一定研究意义和理论价值。本文以四川省成都市作为研究区,结合了Arc GIS的空间分析技术、空间场强理论和分形理论,以城镇空间场强模型分析评价了成都市的区域经济发展差异。在分析了成都市城镇结节性指数以及可达性后,探讨了中心城区作为核心对周边区县的辐射强度,以及周边区县对乡镇的纽带传承作用,刻画了每个城镇受到周边综合影响的势能大小。通过上述研究得出以下结论:(1)对成都市的城镇空间结构进行研究,运用空间统计学理论,以及分形理论,可以对城镇的空间关联结构以及城镇规模布局进行刻画。在ArcGIS中运用最邻近指数模块分析了成都市的空间集聚模式,集聚程度大体呈现出随着中心城区向外圈城镇减弱的趋势,其中,中心城区的集聚程度最高,金堂县的集聚程度最低。这个递变趋势和成都市产业结构的变化趋势呈现出一致性,从第三产业为主到第一产业为主,城镇化水平在降低而农业化水平在上升。(2)根据结节性指数和可达性两部分构建空间场强模型,将层次分析法和GIS空间分析法结合计算了区域经济发展的强度以及对周边区县的影响大小,根据区域经济发展的空间分布差异,结合区县的实际情况给出区县经济结构调整的意见,提出空间布局优化的方案。综上,将成都市的空间结构刻画为:以中心城区为核心;以二圈城、三圈城的区县驻地为腹地;以周边乡镇为服务对象;以交通网络为联系通道,从而形成“中心城市-次级城镇-外圈城镇”的三级城市系统。运用ArcGIS的空间分析技术、SPSS的数据统计分析、层次分析法以及分形理论,将其结合对把握城市空间脉络、理解城市空间关系有很大帮助。以成都市为案例,对四川省的其他城市有一定的参考意义,能够帮助其城市规划建设更加合理、城市空间布局更加优化,为新型城镇化的建设提供了一定科学理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the proposal of "New urbanization" in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", the development requirement of urban-rural integration arises at the historic moment, which puts forward new requirements for the layout of urban spatial structure. Take the central urban area as the core, make full use of its resources polarization and radiation diffusion, take the secondary town as the economic hinterland, give full play to the link between the past and the next. Take the surrounding villages and towns as the node, fully excavate its service function and economic potential. At present, the speed of urbanization in China is accelerating, and a series of problems have emerged, such as the phenomenon of urban economic polarization is prominent, the economy of remote towns is lagging behind, the expansion of urban scale is disorderly, and so on. These outstanding contradictions further hindered the coordinated development of regional economy. In order to solve this series of outstanding problems and contradictions, this paper studies the relationship of urban spatial structure, the difference of economic development and the suggestion of coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural areas under the background of new urbanization from a new perspective of spatial field strength. The application of geographic information science to practice provides a new angle for the development of urban economy and the layout of urban space, which has certain research significance and theoretical value. Taking Chengdu, Sichuan Province as the research area, combining the spatial analysis technology of Arc GIS, the theory of spatial field strength and fractal theory, this paper analyzes and evaluates the difference of regional economic development in Chengdu with the model of urban spatial field strength. After analyzing the urban nodule index and accessibility in Chengdu, the paper discusses the radiation intensity of the central city as the core to the surrounding counties, as well as the role of the peripheral counties in the transmission of the ties between the surrounding counties and the villages and towns. The potential energy of each town affected by the comprehensive influence of the surrounding area is described. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the spatial structure of the cities and towns in Chengdu can be described by using the theory of spatial statistics and fractal theory. The spatial agglomeration model of Chengdu is analyzed by using the nearest neighbor index module in ArcGIS. The degree of agglomeration shows the trend of weakening from the central city to the outer city, among which, the central city has the highest degree of agglomeration. Jintang County has the lowest degree of agglomeration. This progressive trend is consistent with the changing trend of the industrial structure in Chengdu, from the tertiary industry to the primary industry. The level of urbanization is decreasing and the level of agritization is rising. (2) based on the nodule index and accessibility, the spatial field strength model is constructed. The paper combines AHP and GIS spatial analysis method to calculate the intensity of regional economic development and its influence on surrounding counties, according to the spatial distribution difference of regional economic development. According to the actual situation of district and county, the paper puts forward the suggestion of adjusting the economic structure of district and county, and puts forward the scheme of optimizing spatial layout. In summary, the spatial structure of Chengdu is characterized as follows: taking the central urban area as the core, taking the district and county residence as the hinterland, taking the surrounding villages and towns as the service objects; The third level urban system of "central city-secondary town-outer circle town" is formed by taking traffic network as the connection channel. Using the spatial analysis technology of ArcGIS, the statistical analysis of data of SPSS, the analytic hierarchy process and the fractal theory, it is of great help to grasp the context of urban space and understand the relationship between urban space. Taking Chengdu as a case, it has certain reference significance to other cities in Sichuan province, which can help its urban planning and construction to be more reasonable and its spatial layout more optimized, thus providing a certain scientific theoretical basis for the construction of new urbanization.
