云南省某市节能潜力测算与应用研究

【摘要】:能源是经济发展、人类生存所必要的资源。在不久的将来,我国将全面完成工业化与城镇化进程,实现现代化,这毫无疑问必将会导致能源消耗的大幅度增加。我国虽然能源贮藏总量大,但人均能源占有量仍显不足,能源前景仍然不容乐观,因此需要加快转变能源发展方式,调整能源消费结构与能源生产结构。对玉溪市能源消费进行科学地研究与节能潜力分析,这对于能源的正确监管与规划,促进玉溪市地区生产总值的增加,构建和谐社会和节约型社会,具有十分重要的意义。本文通过对玉溪市能源利用现状进行分析,2010-2015年,玉溪市经济平稳增长,能耗水平不断降低,产业结构不断优化。通过设定高、中、低三种能源消费预测模式,分析和探讨玉溪市能源消费量的变化特征,对玉溪市结构调整节能潜力、技术进步节能潜力、管理节能潜力、能源结构调整节能潜力进行分析研究。由测算结果可以看出,在全市GDP年均增长9%的方案下,到2020年三次产业结构调整后将比2015年存在节能潜力809.42万吨标准煤。玉溪市二产所占比重较一、三产较高,一、三产比重还有较大提升空间,玉溪市结构调整节能潜力主要来自一产和三产;玉溪市工业在保持快速增长的基础上,通过工业结构优化和调整,能源消费总量增长可得到有效控制。2020年优化调整后,工业内部可实现节约能源173.4万吨标准煤;从能耗预测与节能潜力分析后得出了玉溪市能源系统存在的问题,并对玉溪市能源产业的发展提出了详细的对策及建议。首先,本文论述了能源问题与社会协调发展之间的关系,分析了玉溪市能源发展的现状。第二,设定了高、中、低三种能源消费预测模式,以三种能源模式情景的推算结果做比较,分析和探讨玉溪市能源消费量的变化特征。第三,对玉溪市结构调整节能潜力、技术进步节能潜力、管理节能潜力、能源结构调整节能潜力进行分析研究。最后,从加快推进转方式、调结构、推进节能技术进步、加强重点用能单位节能管理等各方面提出了相关对策与建议。
[Abstract]:Energy is the necessary resource for economic development and human survival. In the near future, China will complete the process of industrialization and urbanization, realize modernization, which will undoubtedly lead to a large increase in energy consumption. Although the total amount of energy storage in China is large, the per capita energy possession is still insufficient, and the energy prospect is still not optimistic. Therefore, it is necessary to accelerate the transformation of energy development mode and adjust the energy consumption structure and energy production structure. The scientific research and energy saving potential analysis of energy consumption in Yuxi City is of great significance to the correct supervision and planning of energy resources, the promotion of the increase of the gross domestic product of Yuxi City, and the construction of a harmonious society and a saving society. This paper analyzes the present situation of energy utilization in Yuxi City. From 2010 to 2015, the economy of Yuxi City grows steadily, the level of energy consumption decreases and the industrial structure is optimized. By setting high, middle and low energy consumption forecasting modes, the change characteristics of energy consumption in Yuxi City are analyzed and discussed, and the structural adjustment potential, technological improvement potential and management potential of energy saving are analyzed and discussed in Yuxi City. Energy structure adjustment and energy conservation potential are analyzed and studied. It can be seen from the calculation results that under the scheme of annual GDP growth of 9% in the whole city, there will be 8.0942 million tons of standard coal energy saving potential compared with 2015 after three industrial structure adjustment in 2020. The proportion of the second production in Yuxi is higher than that in the first and the third, and the proportion of the first and third production still has great room for improvement. The energy saving potential of the structure adjustment in Yuxi mainly comes from one industry and three industries. Based on the rapid growth of Yuxi industry, the growth of total energy consumption can be effectively controlled through the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure. After the optimization and adjustment in 2020, energy saving of 1.734 million tons of standard coal can be realized within the industry. Based on the analysis of energy consumption prediction and energy saving potential, the existing problems of energy system in Yuxi City are obtained, and the detailed countermeasures and suggestions for the development of energy industry in Yuxi City are put forward. Firstly, this paper discusses the relationship between energy problems and social coordinated development, and analyzes the present situation of energy development in Yuxi. Secondly, three kinds of energy consumption prediction models are set up, which are high, middle and low energy consumption, and the change characteristics of energy consumption in Yuxi are analyzed and discussed by comparing the calculated results of three energy model scenarios. Thirdly, the energy saving potential of structural adjustment, technological progress, management energy saving and energy structure adjustment of Yuxi City are analyzed and studied. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of speeding up the transformation mode, adjusting the structure, promoting the progress of energy-saving technology and strengthening the energy-saving management of key energy-using units.
