城市绿色交通的灰色模糊综合评价研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the urban population has been greatly increased, thus putting forward new requirements for urban traffic, but the existing urban traffic can not meet these requirements. There are many problems, such as traffic congestion, traffic pollution, traffic safety. The study of urban green traffic can alleviate these traffic problems to a great extent, and put forward some suggestions on urban traffic construction by measuring the city's green degree. In this paper, through the analysis of various factors affecting the urban green traffic, a set of urban traffic green evaluation index system is established, and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the urban green traffic evaluation model. The feasibility of the model is verified by applying the index system to the study of urban green traffic in Beijing. First of all, this paper has carried on the correlation analysis to the urban green transportation theory, has introduced in detail the theory foundation which constructs the city green traffic appraisal index system, and has carried on the summary to its characteristic, the essence and the research goal in detail. On this basis, the main contents of this paper about the green traffic evaluation need to be studied. Secondly, the evaluation method is summarized, the multi-index evaluation method facing complex objects is systematically analyzed, and the grey relational degree analysis method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are introduced in detail. Thirdly, the principle of urban green traffic evaluation index system is analyzed systematically, and the characteristics of urban green traffic evaluation index system are pointed out. After the detailed analysis of the existing evaluation index system at home and abroad, this paper adopts the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish a new urban green evaluation index system from three aspects of traffic safety, traffic function and environmental impact. At the same time, the definition of the selected index is described in detail in this paper. Finally, the evaluation index system of urban green traffic and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are used to evaluate the development of green traffic in Beijing. The evaluation results also verify that the evaluation index system is operational and effective.
