就业风险与就业身份选择——基于湖南省2015—2016年流动人口动态监测数据

【摘要】:本文通过对以往文献的梳理,运用2015—2016年湖南省流动人口动态监测数据,探究就业风险对流动人口就业身份选择的影响机理。研究结果表明:就业风险越高,流动人口选择雇主和自营劳动者的概率越大,一定风险条件下,处于垄断行业并拥有稳定工资收入和福利待遇的个体,创业概率更低,青年群体既有丰富的工作经验和知识水平,又有一定创新创业激情,希望通过选择雇主或者自营劳动者来提高自身收入;大专及以上学历者选择雇主身份的概率高于大专以下学历者。
[Abstract]:By combing the previous literature and using the dynamic monitoring data of floating population in Hunan Province from 2015 to 2016, this paper explores the influence mechanism of employment risk on the employment status choice of floating population. The results show that the higher the employment risk, the greater the probability of the floating population choosing employers and self-employed workers. Under certain risk conditions, individuals who are in monopoly industry and have stable wage income and welfare treatment, the probability of starting a business is even lower. The youth group not only has rich working experience and knowledge level, but also has certain innovation and entrepreneurial passion, hoping to raise their own income by choosing employers or self-employed workers. Those with college degree or above are more likely to choose employer status than those with less than junior college education.
